  • How does the bearings and buggy hold up to all that extra power with the cbr 600cc engine, any problems????

  • So after seeing this, why buy an atom?

  • do u know of any other engines that are a little bigger then stock that would fit in this go kart?

  • @MonkeysRule1599

Offcourse. But you have to change the frame of the original buggy. Just like they did to fit in the 600cc.

  • If its a CBR600 why use fireblade clocks?

  • I don't know. I am not the owner but I made the video. For al technical questions please go to w w w . bugriders. be / f orum. That is our bugriders forum where we have an international board also (English).

  • Cheers mate. I'm liking the look of them so I'll pop over and have a look.

  • This is awesome ! ! ! I have two questions : does it brake well , and how much did you change the frame . Looking forward for response . . .

  • lol awesome job :)

but ain't it scary to drive fast?

  • i am thinking about doing this to a joyner 650 shurly it cant be that hard it would just be a few welds to hold the new engine in place then a few ajustments so you can change gear you say this took you a few months did u only work on it at weekends or was you always working on it?

  • dont flip lol

  • worried about tipping at high speeds?

  • dat gaat snel

  • hey man i was wonderin if you could get some shots of the rear portion of the buggy and show how you put in the frame and assembled the motor and cables and stuff

  • I've got an eu moped 50cc, it tops 67km/h , I want to get a better quality 150cc engine, you think it would fit? thanks

  • how did you do that ??? And how fast does it go?

  • It's a PGO 150cc motor. We put a motor from a CRB 600cc in it. That's all! Offcourse you need a lot of skills to do that. It's not that easy because many things has to change before you can put the 600cc in it. Max. Speed is the speed of a CBR 600cc. I think about 240 km/hrs. But if you do that with the frame of a PGO 150cc it will be very dangerous.

  • So you have to change the frame put a shifting gear and put a motor of 600cc so you have to buy two buggys... And can you keep it automatic?

And why is it dangerous?? The frame might brake with the weight and the speed???

    Thank you for your response

  • I have a similar 150cc "clone cart" and at high speeds it would be extremely easy to roll, and at 240km?hrs the roll cage couldn't take it.

  • finally...someone who doesn't drive like a pussy

  • Thanks mate!

  • hey i want one im 17 and hold full drivers licence i want something cheaper than a car and affordable to tax and insure would you suggest something like this 2 me or would a car be more suited to me also i am a real petrol head and like something very different than the typical boy racer/ricer depend on nationality

  • This is not for 17 year old drivers ;)

  • how old do u hav to be?

  • You ever had any problems with the original PGO unmodified 150 engine or any other parts on the buggy before you modified? Quite new to this and PGO seems to be the most popular model so im assuming it is also quite reliable.

    Any help appreciated and advice.

    Thanks.

  • No. Never! The original PGO 150 motor is a Peugeot-motor i think. I known owners with about 20.000km (PGO 150 and 250 cc). They never had any problems with motor.

  • Okay, thanks mate.

  • Nice Sound

  • lol u just gave me a idea ive a 900cc diversion engine in my shed! and a 250cc bugster in my garage !

  • check my and my brothers project!!!

a bugxter with suzuki 600cc engine.

  • Dude that's awesome! I have that same go-kart. How did u get the new engine in there, how do u shift and how much did it cost?

  • The PGO buggy made in Taiwan.

  • @Morg211: That's correct but your talking about onroad. Most Buggy-owners like also to drive off-road! It means FUN at 100%! Speed is not priority. Regards

  • does it not handle like shit? i drove a 150cc and a 200cc and over 40mph it just went into a slide, then gripped and tried to flip!

  • No. I have a PGO 150cc for about 2,5 years now and almost 3000 kms. I never flipped with it! Some friends of mine who have 150 and 250cc and they flipped because of driving skills. If you have good knowledge of your buggy then the change to flip is low.

  • they handel good on tarmac, however i think if you want a quick 2 seater open roof for the road, something more like a caterham is safer

  • fucking awesome! 150cc to 600 cc!!!! damn! holy shit!

  • Send me an e-mail at stheiss windstream net

  • fuck of cocky yanks u shit drivers

  • cashy24

    The owner did it himself.

For more info look at bugriders .b e

    CU there

  • where do you go to tune the engine to make it fast and more mean?

  • I want one!! How easy are they to convert?

  • He almost made it to 100 mph in that shot :D

  • Thats hauling ass man! Good to see our fellow european buggiers are getting crazy with there buggies to!
