  • Truly the most amazing movie you will ever see i have watched it many times and i never get tired of it and i do not think i ever will. If you have not seen this truly beautiful movie you really need to! I hope everyone has the same love for this timeless movie that i do :)

  • i looooooooove the soundtrack♥

  • Such a beautiful song! I have this movie.... Can't stop watching the part where Haiku turns back to human from a dragon! Which is where most of this song takes place I think.

  • Its hard to believe this movie came out ten years ago... I still watch it all the time.

  • <3

  • I'm a 27 year old guy and the scene where they are falling and crying tears me up T__T

  • @Shagwaro I can see I'll be 34 and still tear up

  • Most people would say this was their "childhood" film. But me being 18, and having just watched it for the first time, I would say that this is a film for ALL ages. I loved it, and I regret not watching this film sooner. Although i think to truly appreciate/understand this film, and all that it implies, you should be a little bit older. At least, its that way for me. And you could always just watch it again :)

  • 2 people must have been deaf.

  • omg the movie is soooooo awesome .... I can't explain it, just to beautiful *__*

  • Just close my eyes... it's so beautiful, it almost hurts!

  • its so beautiful it reduces me to tears

  • @Shastealer2 i'd like to know if your video has been spotted for third party content by WMG?. I've uploaded the whole soundtrack and i want to see if they'll do something against it

  • when i hear it i feel like i can fly =]] :D i love this and it makes me miss someone :x

  • Only Hayao Miyazaki and Walt Disney can touch my heart like this

  • @tamameg0788 Actually all of Miyazaki's movies are localized by Disney... It seems like fate that the 2 best film makers of all time would come together like that.

  • i remember watching bits and pieces on the ooooolllllddd cartoon network channel. i wanted to watch it again because i only saw part of it. when i finally saw the whole thing...it amazed me at how much they put into it. a masterpiece from the genius Miyazaki. kudos to him and all who worked with him to create this beautiful movie and all his others.

  • I got the movie with Netflix and watched it 3 times in 2 days and 5 times in 3 days. XD I love this movie. I totally agree with DiamondzReflection. I laughed when they laughed, cried when they cried, ect. A truly touching movie that let's me escape reality if only for a few hours. Though, it seems like a life, full of wonderful memories. :)

  • A M A Z I N G

    This beutiful MUSIC

    reminds me to my wondefull

childhood when i watched that *-*

haha i was always scared of this weird guy which can

    make gold : DD

  • i remembered when i saw this movie on tv and when it camed out i begged for my my dad to buy for me because this was just an awsome movie and still have it to this dayXD

  • hang on a second, i have to clean up my desk, i nostalgia'd all over the place

  • nothing compares to this amazing film ... nothing compares to Ghibli

  • i love spirited away! its one of the best anime movies i have watched. i also like fireflies in the graveyard.

  • @kuvtuvsiab grave of the fireflies? that's a good one too

  • @kuvtuvsiab it's grave of the fireflies -.-, n i agree! :D grave of the fireflies made me have tears in my eyes! :D not even titanic did that!

  • @millissa101 Only movie to ever get near bringing me to tears was Seven Pounds. So sad!

  • watched it for the first time on chanal + about 6 years ago , i was 16 by then found the movie decent but not amazing though the music and songs in it stayed with me up untill this verry day and i remember every detail of the movie

  • 1:16, where she opens the door to see Haku standing there, all healed :)

  • when i first saw princess monoke i thought that was the best movie evr then in the beginning of this movie i was bored.then in the middle of it i was saying that spirited away was better than princess monoke and spirited away will always be the best movie ever

  • Hayano mizaki, is really someone to be appericated!! His movies are better than anyother movies!

  • Such a classic movie that will never get boring ~

  • I saw this movie on Christmas has a gift from my uncle, when I was 8 years old; I hated it because of the part when her parents become pigs!

But know I am 15, and I can say that this is one of the best’s movies ever.

  • I swear! this song reminds me of "Buddy the Elf"!!!

  • man I wish I can turn into a dragon like that

  • Whats the name of the song on the menu for this movie?

  • This is a great film, watched it when it first came out, it is a simple but good film, it is art.

  • @WuzzyF how is it simple ? haha what

  • i happen to watch this movie when i was little without know the title nor how was it popular, i keep memorize the brave little girl who could do anything to save those she loves. i couldn't find out the movie till one day i praticed my piano on the theme song ' always with me" and i saw the cmt that the song 's from Spirited Away. no wonder it's the movie that i've always remembered n wanna watch once again....

  • Thump up if you're still watching this even tho the movies came out ten years ago!

  • @paladin7378 I watched it 10 min ago :D

  • @paladin7378 man.. everytime I watch it its like the first time I watched it..

  • @paladin7378

10 years ?? Oh my good it feels like yesterday when i first watched this movie... SO GOOD!!!

  • I remember watching this when i was a kid. I remember i thought it was shabby and weird, and forgot most of it. But for some reason the memory of No Face remained.

One day a few weeks ago i saw the movie and felt a nostalgic need to watch it. I'm glad i did :]

  • a friend gave me this movie as a birthday present like 7 years ago (i was 8 lol) this movie and howl's castle i think they're my favorite animated movies ;D so good memories... srry for my english some times i fail lol

  • I wish I was Chihiro.

  • The best movie i have ever watched and i have watched A LOT! It contains so many ideas,meanings-just amazing...

  • i watched this movie recently and im 17.

im glad that im not too late. this movie gave me a wonderful teenage life. =)

  • I was sitting at a Chinese restaurant today and I heard this song, and instantly recognized it. While I'm not a fan of Anime, I really did love this movie. I think I saw it when I was 11 or 12. Makes me think back to a simpler time when I was actually happy.

  • @esh325 I have the same effect with a different movie and I was like 2 when I saw the movie.

  • Some ppl think I'm childish for rewatching this movie over and over again even though it's been 10 yrs or more. They obviously don't know what they're talking abt cause they never watched the movie and experienced what we have - magic. The artwork, plot, music and hard work are all magical. Way better than today's cartoons (cough, Dora).

  • @et3naltwilight lol...to be fair, dora isn't intended to be "magical" at all...it's just an educational toddler's show, kind of weird that you'd compare Miyazaki to Dora :P

  • If a Naruto moment had this kind of music (like something happening between Naruto and Hinata, FINALLY!), my heart would hold a special place for the anime like Spirited Away does ^_^

  • when hayao dies ill probably go and kill myself too

  • i love this song and this movie so much. it's so beautiful. i watched it when i was like 6 and i loved it then, and i still love it now. but the strangest part is that i can't figure out why spirited away is so special to me. the music is certainly a part of it; joe hisaishi is a pure genius. maybe it's because of how chihiro was so brave throughout the story. but whatever it is, spirited away will always, always be my favourite movie. :)

  • this ranks up there with Pokemon and Kiki's delivery service. they marked my childhood

  • Why doesn't this have like a billion views!?

  • This movie can even make Chuck Norris cry.

  • @Alienspider1 Chuck norris makes this movie cried, and in turn made him cry, which would be equal to an overturn of events that would lead to a black hole, ending the world. So CHuck Norris hasn't watched this yet

  • This is such an epic movie with such beautiful music. This movie touched millions of kids who now are teenagers or adults who still remember this movie as one of the best movies ever ! We all wished to find a secret tunnel that leads to the spirit world and have an adventure (:

  • @SfRaimundo Yup! i first watched it when i was i think 7 or 8 and i just watched it again a year back! it still brought tears to my eyes and i'm 13! haha! best movie ever! :D

  • one of the best anime ever..Naruto and shit just got owneeeeeeeeeed

  • i literally just watched this movie yesterday, at first i didn't expect much, but as i watched on i saw the beauty of this amazing film, and it brought tears to my eyes, tears of joy.

this film shall now and always be my number one anime film

  • song was stuck in my head all day :O

  • Joe Hisaishi is amazing.

  • This movie... just magical experience... Love it forever!!

  • This song brought a tear to my eye. I honestly felt like I was flying with Chihiro and Haku while listening to this. Spirited Away puts such an emphasis on love, truth, the consequences of greed, and adventure. Whenever I watch this movie, it's like my escape from reality. Everything about it, from the drawings, the story line, the moral, and the music, all of it adds up to the word incredible. Spirited Away is my all-time favorite childhood film, and it always will be.<3

  • @DiamondzReflection You took the words right out of my mouth!

  • @DiamondzReflection After I watch this movie it just seems just that more pronounced that I really feel like I don't belong in this world. I have always been into fantasy anything, it's a part of me forever. When I watch this movie I escape all of the problems of the world and myself, I feel my spirit soaring past this world to another. A place of amazing creatures, abilaties, adventure, and love. I waiting to be whisked away to that place. I'll wait as long as I have too. It will be worth it.

  • @UnXpectedMe You just said the words I couldn't find myself, talking directly from my soul! It hurts to wait every single day for this world. But I'm sure there is one and we're going to find it. How wonderful I imagine it!

  • @anniibunni Do you know what? :') I think that it will be even better than what we imagine it to be... truly marvelous. :'D

  • @UnXpectedMe Thanks to all of the ppl that liked my comment. :')

  • @UnXpectedMe If you haven't fallen in love with someone yet, and had that love reciprocated-- then trust me-- you are taken away to places your mind never imagine. When you're sharing in love... everything seem outlined in gold. Everything feels beautiful and wonderous with him/her at your side.

  • Seriously, the ONLY thing I don't like about this movie is Noface. I can't handle the part where he eats people and throws up. :(

  • @DisneyJAM0670 oddly, I love No-Face. When he's not eating people, that is.

  • in my opinion, spirited away has the best soundtrack ever ;D

  • I remember watching this on cartoon network in like 1st grade. Holy shit, I thought it was good then! It's still so good!

  • Watch Howl's Moving Castle.

  • The most utmost beautiful movie there is!

When I watched it when it first came out in 2001 (I was in first grade). I had no idea what it talked about and it was kind of weird.

Now I am speechless, it's definately a life changing movie,

  • I LOVE THIS SONG SOO MUCH THAT I WANNA CRY.IT'S SOO LOVELY!

  • @OskainoXD nope ur right is really is!

  • When I was 9 my grandma gave me this movie as a present for my birthday.

I didn't want to see it, it had this picture in the cover and I don't know why at first sight I thought Chihiro was a guy. I thought it was a boring movie. The movie stayed on the shelf for a few years, without even being opened, until I finally decided to watch it because I was really bored.

    It changed my life forever.

  • @lllou2 this was just the most beautiful comment I've ever read in youtube. Thanks.

  • @lllou2 how old are you now? 19?

  • @lllou2 haha touching

  • So, I woke up this morning , turned on the tv as im still laying in bed, and this was on, i was getting out of bed getting dressed, then i just got caught in a daze, i couldnt keep my eyes off the tv, eventually i fell down on the bed, and watched every last minute of it. My first time seeing this movie was just today, just minutes ago actually. And its amazing.

  • @PrototypeSquirrel Haha, I watched this on TV today, too. I haven't watched it in a very long time, but this movie never ceases to amaze me.

  • @PrototypeSquirrel LUCKY BITCH! I wish i knew it was on! T,T I have to watch it on the computer.. I want to lay down and watch this right now ><

  • @shwaou

    LOL WORDD!

i would give anything to have caught it on my TV...

    T.T

  • @PrototypeSquirrel I watched Spirited Away when I was TWELVE. That's like, a decade. WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG ??!!

  • Bless the people of Japan and bless the people of Studio Ghibli!

I pray that the earthquake has not harmed anymore people!

  • Best soundtrack ever! It's out of this world!

  • this film beats everything even chuck norris which is VERY strong to say

  • @AndiLO75 Even Chuck Norris cries from this! Amazingness!

  • I used to watch it all the time, the ending song always makes me cry :')

  • The fantastic music of Joe Hissiashi seems to me equally contributing to this great work of Miasaki. Igal

  • I LOVE THIS FILM!!!!! Who ever doesnt like this film is an idiot. Its amazing, so is the music... very touching, cute and funny sometimes :D xx

  • I watched this film for the 1st time yesterday...I can't believe I survived my enitre childhood without it!

  • two people have no face

  • @darkstein3 no face is lovely, so i wouldn't compare him to nasty trolls...

  • It's just.. Pure love

  • I personally enjoyed Howl's Moving Castle a bit more, but I saw this one first, and it just blew my mind. Animation, Music, Characters, Story, Setting, it was all just so damn perfect. Hayao Miyazaki is a genius, plain and simple.

  • Just started to cry :')

No words can describe the beauty of this film. Miyazaki just let me get lost in the world that Chihiro finds.

  • The two dislikes must be Yubaba and her servant.

  • @rellik3131 Yubaba dislikes herself?

  • @rellik3131 nah.

  • @rellik3131 Nah it was me...... only cause i cant find some cool train tunnel to disappear into and visit a whole new world :P
