I'm doing this on Playthrough 1 and I'm level 43 now, but I killed the level 61 Meat Popsicle with alot of headshots from a sniper and revolver, and some help from mah sentry. Took a long time but the midget just stood there after jumping out so I just shot him til' he fell over and kicked the bucket. :)
