Nice video. As a beginner, it would help to have more dialogue to hear what you're doing and why. For ex., it seems that when you used the sea sponge for the trees, you must've dipped them into a little bit of paint. Is that what you did? It seemed the paint you'd already laid down would probably have been dry. Your painting is prettier than the photo!!! Thanks
Very high quality work. The key difference between your style and many others is that the detailing that you put and heavy use of making fluid. Great stuff. Keep posting. Atleast I learnt alot.
@sf987photo I don't remember which exaxt colors I used. Sorry. I can't listen to the video because the audio isn't working on my computer, but it looks like I might say which three colors make up the sky.
I used a mop brush for the sky wash. The other brushes I used are Winsor Newton Series 7 Kolinsky sable rounds, probably ranging from a 0 to a 5.
@sf987photo Thanks! Glad you like it and are learning. I am using less masking fluid these days and still using lots of detail. I'll do another video soon.
@becky95onutube Sorry I didn't reply to this 8 months ago! Sure, maybe I'll make a video showing how to blend colours and I'll let you know. Is there a particular blend you wanted to see?

stunning, thanks for sharing. Could you please tell us which brand of watercolors you are using?

Thank you Indevor! I use Winsor Newton artist's watercolors. I have also used a couple of Holbein colors which were very nice.
