The Beatles wrote this song and I'm a big fan, but I've always loved this version best, maybe because I heard it first by David & Jonathan.

ご存知かと思いますが、ダビデとヨナタンの正体は人気ソングライターコンビとして知られるロジャークックとロジャーグリーナウェイです。
この時期ではフォーチュンズ(You've Got Your Troubles)やゲイリールイス＆プレイボーイズ(Green Grass)などに曲を提供しておりました。

「イエスタデイ」と同様に元が良いので誰が歌ってもそれなりの味わいがありますが、
このカバーバージョンはそのオリジナルのアレンジをほぼそのまま踏襲しているところが
奏功していると思います。
