Its not a hybrid. All NEW mossbergs come from the facorty with fluted barrels and LBA triggers

Here is an idea for ya, take the bipod off, stick something between the rifle and the bipod, then tighten it up. Just a sugjestion

The stock is very smooth and nice to hold. For being a plastic stock it is actually very nice. I took it out of the case tonight to examine it a little closer, and my only complaint would be that the seam around the whole stock is a little high, but nothing to be upset about. As far as grouping, I havent had it out to the range, mostly due to weather. Hopefully before xmas Ill get to do some long range testing with it.

Im torn on weather to get the Mossberg 100 or the Stevens 200 for a cheap .308 bolt gun. how does the stock feel [texture wise] when you are holding it? also I know it's only been 4 days but have you gotten to the range? if so what kind of groupings are you getting?
