She's hugging Shaoran although it's actually Shaoran dreaming that she's hugging him caused by the dream card. That's why you can see Shaoran watching himself hugging her. The scene is from episode 40.

The people from Tsubasa Chronicles and CCS are actually not the same people, I LOVE both series, and in chapter 189 of TC manga, it was revealed that Syaoran (from TS) is the son of Sakura Kinomoto and Syaoran Li using his fathers name, his own yet to be revealed.

Cardcaptor Sakura has 70 episodes (3 seasons) and two movies. Check my playlist 'Cardcaptor Sakura movies' if you haven't seen them. There's no plan for a third movie.

Tsubasa Chronicles have 50-52 episodes I think + a movie.

Sakura hugs Syaoran too tightly in episode 27 and faints.

Syaoran hugs Sakura in episode 57 after calling her name for the first time.

Syaoran comforts Sakura near the end of episode 66 after Sakura was rejected by Yukito.
