@theUSER101 ? what are you questioning? If there's anything specific we are happy to address it. By the way Peter Schiff is dead on about a lot of stuff.
@BestPriceNutrition Cleanse's crack me up. There are supposedly all these toxins, so many that the sellers of these products never specify which toxins their magical detoxes are getting rid of. If they did specify, we could very easily get a blood test and see if it works. A lot of these products have been shown to cause irregular liver function etc and do the exact opposite of what it supposed to do. Exercise, drink water, eat well that's all you can really do .
@theUSER101 agree to a point in the sense that cleanses are not essential. For the most part we think of them as good for the GI tract and some contain ingredients that can help the liver such as Milk Thistle. Also you are assuming the general public is healthy, exercising, and following a good diet etc.. Is there hyperbole in some of the marketing? Yes, however that does not mean they should be dismissed out of hand, for many this is the only time they will get enough fiber etc..
Thank you for this. I have bought most of Jordan Rubin's books, but the short version of an overview is so much faster. I'm really getting into the Garden of Life products and I will check out your bestprice site, since this is the first I've ever heard of it. Again, thank you.
