  • If time and space are curved, where do all of the straight people come from?

  • So this young snot nose must think that the other 98% of evangelicals got it all wrong, and he now has to come along and be the one that has to correct those older and wiser theologians who have spent much more time studying the Bible than he has. This Dudley has a lot to learn.

  • @BT3701 He didn't say they were wrong, he said they were hypocrites

  • The Bible is an enlightening book on morals. It doesn't matter if you believe in God or not, but we should agree in something basic: the Bible is human made. Today it's clear that the Bible is a recolection of semitic miths -whose principal characters have been transformed into jews- edited in times of the roman empire. The typical primitive miths that explain the origin of the world and the foundations of morals in a magical way. So literal interpretations are not correct.

  • LOLOLOL. the look on her face when she says that her husband would be her master..

    it's like, "yeah, bet ME !" :D

but i agree, they quote the bible like pulling fortune cookies from a hat and never really READ the thing.

it supposedly is abomination, but so is eating pork, seafood, etc.. or any foods that TOUCHED pork, seafood, etc or the utensils they were cooked in.

and paul (saul) never even MET jesus.. he came along after, but he wrote most of the currently accepted new testament.

  • "Why focus on homosexuality?" Why? Probably got something to do with the fact that they're so vocal these days about their lifestyle. Y'know? Like, the squeekiest wheel gets the most grease?

  • "Paul condemns men for having long hair..." WAT??! But everyone knows Jesus had long hair!

  • This lady is so clueless. In fact noticed she mentions getting stone for planting one crop with a different crop. Well duh where is the verse that one would get stoned thou clueless one? Noticed he made no attempt to correct her. So the very rule that he applies to others he has failed to do himself. So he becomes the true hypocrite.

  • @RepresentingTruth Leviticus 19 says that you shouldn't plant two different crops in one field, it doesn't outline a punishment for it though. It also says do not practice sorcery though, and Leviticus 20 says to stone mediums to death, so not sure how serious to take it.

I'm not hypocrite is the right word for that, it's a big book to remember all the ins and outs of.

  • This guy is full of it. Concerning hair. He has the nerve to say that the length of one's hair is the same as sodomy according to the apostle Paul Well duh, one that practices sodomy will not go to heaven but the apostle Paul did not say that about hair.

  • @RepresentingTruth ..ummm... read it AGAIN, dipstick..

and nice, ironic twist on your NAME..

maybe you forgot the part where JESUS said "that what you do to the least of them, you do to ME" ?.. or that he ate with the "sinners"..?

or maybe that little episode where he said "ye WITHOUT SIN can cast the first stone" ?

personally, i think God loves GAYS more than hypocritical asswipes who claim to speak in His name. and there wasn't time to get technical with details, they only had a few mins

  • @dudessIsMYnameDammit "or maybe that little episode where he said "ye WITHOUT SIN can cast the first stone" ?" I guess you are clueless on the law and what was happening.

  • If Christians actually defended the bible's values, they'd start to death praying for food.

  • A friend of mine has his degree in theology (an atheist now though, thanks to the bible) and was explaining to me how if something is mentioned in both the old and new testaments as well as the number of times it appears within the bible, it is given that much more credence by religious scholars.

This being the case, slavery is talked about far more often than homosexuality and nobody is arguing to have slaves anymore.

Chrisitians need to stop the gay bashing and get on with their lives

  • It's a sin against God to even touch a pig, let alone eat of its meat, ergo, most Christians are going to Hell anyway. And it's just as much of a sin to wear clothing of mixed fabrics.

All the focus on homosexuality is just to divert attention from other sins like these so that we all fall into yet another one of God's traps. When you read the Bible and see how much of life is sin, it's clear that God want us all in Hell so that He can have Heaven all to himself and his immediate family.

  • The story of David and Johnathan can be interpreted as supporting non-straight sexual relations, lets read it to the haters!

  • About 90% of Christians treat the Bible like you would an End-User License Agreement. They just scroll down to the bottom and click "I Accept".

The 10% of them that do read it usually become Agnostic or Atheist.

You want to know why Atheists think your book is evil? Read it some time.

  • @EppurSiMuove419

    Well said!

In fact whoever really reads the bible cannot any longer to be a ...Christian!

  • @EppurSiMuove419 Brilliant.

  • somebody suck this guys dick.

  • this kid, grew up evangelical, graduated from divinity, studied the bible, became an atheist.

just like Penn Jillette said, the best way to make atheists is to get the religious to read their holy books.

  • I thought the bible was made/ inspired to be perfect? Don't Christians claim: "At least we have a solid objective moral basis that never changes"?

  • :15 Which lost actor married his girlfriend?

  • It does me good to see these young people wade through the bullshit that their parents throw at them and reach logical conclusions.

  • Where are the protesters with the "God hates shellfish!" signs?

  • Duh men with long hair can go to heaven but the apostle Paul clearly gives a list of those that won't. If one of it is sodomy then what is your problem?

  • "graduate" of what, he seems smart but looks like he is not allowed to drink yet

  • I wish someone translate this book for Brazil too. Wee really need it!

  • Why should the views of a "divinity school" bible expert rank above those of a "divinity school" Lord of the Rings expert, a "divinity school" Odyssey expert, a "divinity school" Star Wars expert, or a "divinity school" World of Warcraft expert?

They're all talking about pop-culture fiction. Non-fiction books have them beaten in every aspect relating to reality.

  • Its really hard to understand why people choose to follow the bible even though it advocates child Murder, Rape, torture, genocide, incest, tyranny, mass slaughter of innocent people, slavery, killing pregnant women, mutilation, child molestation, infanticide, intolerance, racism, hate, human sacrifice and much more.... Luckily 99% of christians don't follow the bible to a t because if they did there would be a shitload murders, rapes and a lot of chaos in the world.

  • Wow that anchor really surprised me. Thumbs up to her.

  • @Syrec1989 yup and she's hot...I'd tap it :D :D :D( I know, I'm disgusting lol)

  • Imagine if this had been Megyn Kelly or Gretchen Carlson interviewing him...

  • lmao this is ridiculous... stupid bitch.. the bible is written literally and does say and mean that men are the boss.. bible is ridiculous and so is religion.. can we all just grow the fuck up and stop this..no debates needed..

  • @Fridge760 "stupid bitch"

Actually I was going to say that I'm 99% sure that she is an atheist. When is the last time you heard a christian so cavalierly state that you can't take a thousand year old book and apply it to modern culture? That seems rather irreverent. I also noticed the tone she had throughout the entire segment. Nah, she said what she did to get by, but she made her point.

  • wrong, shes agnostic.

  • I agree with the bible being bullshit, however there is some good amounts of wisdom involed in psalms, proverbs. I own one strickly due to Being a former christian. Now years later, My wife and I are Pagan. we have an open mind and believe that it does not matter what you believe, as long as it makes you happy, and it causes zero harm to anyone else. all books of faith have wisdom involved, the problem with most "christians" is they didnt get wiser, they got more ignorant!!! Blessings

  • @IdeasOfInfluence

No, it's not "pure" shit. It's MOSTLY shit, to be sure, but there's also a lot of wisdom there. (In a book that large, there's bound to be some good stuff.)

  • @ClumsyRoot Bit even it it does have tiny pieces of wisdom scattered through out, of what innate value is it? Is this wisdom only to be found in the Bible? There are other holy texts out there full of wisdom with out all of the baggage and immorality that is in the Judeo-Christian Bible. Most of the "wisdom" that is in that book can also be found in literature that pre-dated the Bible and literature that came after it.

  • @dan24b

    Well put.

The only defense of the book I can muster is that an understanding of Bible stories and characters is necessary in order to appreciate a great deal Western art and literature.

  • What these assholes seem to forget is that god created homosexuals and his people persecute them.

  • I think it's unfair to conclude that the Bible can't be applied to 21st century situations.

True, much of the morality in the Bible is outdated (some of it is downright barbaric) and should be ignored. But there ARE bits of timeless wisdom scattered throughout the book--parts of Proverbs, Psalms, the gospel teachings (in particular, the Sermon on the Mount), and so on.

  • @ClumsyRoot Sermon on the Mount? thats something of the dumbest things i have ever heard, it demostrates perfectly how incredible ignorant that Jesus must have been.

  • @Aanthanur

Even within the Sermon on the Mount, one needs to pick and choose.

  • @ClumsyRoot sure you have to, or you will starve or get killed by your enemies.

  • @Aanthanur

I agree. The problem with much of Jesus' teaching is that it was impractical, pie-eyed stuff that doesn't actually work in the real world. (Try "turning the other cheek" on a regular basis, and you'll soon get a reputation as a doormat.)

  • @ClumsyRoot i think one can use his stuff for good, but you have to know when to drop it.

  • @ClumsyRoot The Sermon on the Mount is Jesus spewing a bunch of inane preachments, totally useless to anyone who doesn't blindly follow Christianity.

  • @IdeasOfInfluence Unfortunately ignorance is dominating.

  • You are cute, Jonathan. If you ever come to Kyoto/Japan, you can save the hotel-expenses and stay in my apt. with a fabulous view over the whole city, framed by the mountains.

  • In other words, the Bible is bullshit written by some bronze age men sitting in the fucking desert. If you're going to take their word over that of modern scientists, you're a fool.

  • @FM897 But...they probably believe there is some "Truth"(TM) to be found in there! Or they'll ask atheists, "How can you not believe in almighty GOD?!?" Or, "I'll pray to Jesus for you." And so forth.

  • wait man cant have long hair according to bible??? didnt jesus have long hair :S

  • @chinamanspeakenlis

Only if you are talking about the silly anglified version of Jesus created in medieval Europe.

The real Jesus was dark skinned, had short curly bathroom dreds and spent his time in the desert with twelve men in robes and breathing the fumes coming from the smoking bush.

  • @mookiemu There's no real Jesus. There's no one single true historical evidence about Jesus Christ. son of God. Jesus is a fictional personage, so he really not had dark or white skin, and not had long or short hair.

  • @WalmirBSB

Of course there was no Jesus, but as my joke implies, If there was a Jesus, and if you read in between the lines of the bible. Jesus was middle eastern, he had a questionable relationship with twelve men in the desert, and he used to sit and the burning bush was probably poppy.

So if you interpret the Bible correctly. Jesus would have been dark-skinned with curly dark hair, he would have been gay, and he was definitely a stoner.

I hate when I have to explain a joke.

  • @mookiemu Ok! I agree.

  • @WalmirBSB

    LOL!

  • "Hey you cant take a book written Thousands and thousands of years ago and apply it to our culture in 2011"

    Cognitive dissonance much?

  • This guy is gay

  • She looks like Boxxy<3

  • @slesperado you pay attention to that?..... shame.

  • @mrdream2111 I want Boxxy to bear my children:)

  • That's right. You can't take a book written over 2,000 years ago and apply it to today's culture. So why do Christians and Jews do just that?

(PS -- that guy is wearing his ears upside-down......... )

  • religions are pure shit and only the ignorant believe in it

  • Christians who eat pork are going to hell, haha.

  • dudley? more like hell bound satanist!!! go to hell devil fag! GOD is REAL you whore.

  • to listen to opinions of ex atheists and ex christians plz go to rekkitten on youyube i wish u peace

  • All you have to do to become an atheist is to read the bible. Then ask yourself "Does this really make any sense at all"? Amazing.

  • Kudos to the host. Her ability to interview this kid objectively makes her that much hotter.

  • God is an pig.

  • wait, so he is saying that since they dont follow all, they shouldnt follow some, because that is using the bible to justify their own belief?? NO, THAT COULDNT BE MORE WRONG. If anything, they should follow ALL of them NOT to be hypocritical. By choosing to simply denide them all, you are DEFINTLY hypocritical, LOL.

  • @gulbirk Wait, are you choosing to follow some rules of grammar and spelling, yet deny others?

  • This kid is really smart.

  • @Trancemaster2052 Well yeah, but some of these religious people are just so freaking stupid. If they put a baby up there that shit itself, and laughed about it, I would think it was really smart in context to the discussion. However, yes I think this kid has a bright future ahead of him.

  • My Grandma was long hair and Jazz music aka "The Devil's Music" and a plethora of activities all based on her religious beliefs. You should have seen the look on her face when she caught me listening to Number of the Beast by Iron Maiden.

  • Is it not incredible when that the so called faithful go after the gays. And yet their own church leaders "diddle"little children.Talk about perversion!

  • christians are fat dumb and ugly. they dont believe in evidence. this is straight from wikipedia. human chromosome two PROVES they are dumb and gay. radiocarbon dating? yeah that is how I determined they are gaylord idiots.

    OwneD

  • Its interersting that people of many faiths who become fundementalist often choose to be fundementalist about the parts that confirm their own biogtry. Once you start being literal about any religous tract you move into increasingly contradictory and ludicrous positions. But its very difficult to have an argument with someone who quotes from their faith because it all boils down to their beliefs rather than any rational thought!

  • @IdeasOfInfluence luuuuuv youuuuu

  • jesus also said follow the old testament

  • @saintjoshuax2 No they arnt i would never trust a man whom got a PH,d from a religion based university. I'm getting one from the famous Liverpool university that's a doctorate above all others

  • @unabnats Sure if thats how you want to slice your cake, My mother would argue that the trinity is different representations of the same being, you can duke that with her or some other believer if you like, I dont really care, mono, poly, pagan, vagan, vulcan all jst bullshit

I dont man, I agree with everything u said

  • @saintjoshuax2 I think we need more such schools. You imply such a concept has any less value than Divinity Schools. Which, to me, are truly a waste of mind, money, buildings, space, and time.

  • The Bible is either ALL true or it's ALL a lie. There is no half way house on this issue. You can't cherry pick the bits you like and brush the nasty bits under the carpet. Even Bush has admitted it shouldn't be taken literally. So just what is true? My conclusion is this. I don't see many Unicorns hanging around these days and I think the oldest man alive is around 115? We are not allowed to understand the mind of god, because if we were, we'd realise the guys a self centred idiot!!

  • @garysgreat Religion, once usefull perhaps for human unity, has become a dangerous regressive flaw. In fact, I refer to it as:

    THE ASTEROID OF OUR DEMISE

  • religion is the main reason why our modern world is so confused. from the enlightenment to the civil rights movement, prejudicial religions such as christianity, judaism and islam should have slowly died out. but people continue to hold onto them, either condoning their true prejudicial meanings, or twisting them to suit their new liberal mindset. i do not hate religion. we fear death, so we need religion. but we dont need religions that express racism, sexism or homophobia.

  • @ShogunnSlimm Thank you for doing what i was about to do.

  • yale divinity school? holy shit what a waste of time and money

  • To clear up confusion, those of you out there who think you are agnostic, think again. If someone asks you if you believe in god and you answer, "I'm agnostic", you have not answered the question. Agnostic refers to your uncertainty, gnostic refers to your certainty. You can be gnostic theist, gnostic atheist, agnostic theist, or agnostic atheist. Hint: The only position that is not faith based is agnostic atheist.

  • @drche420 What would I be? Anti-theist? I really don't care about theist anyway. What I know, is that God, as a concept, is a human behavioral pattern. That only. And man knows nothing about why, when, who, what, where, how from "faith". Or, about as much as an ant knows about nuclear physics.

  • @unabnats

Why are you asking me what you believe? I can't read your thoughts. "God... is a human behavioral pattern". Cite your source. Nearly every culture has invented a "god", but only because there was no better explanation available. Nobody believes Zeus personally hurls lightning bolts because we understand lightning now. This behavioral pattern is nothing more than a first guess at understanding nature. Science is a much more accurate method of explaining facts and determining truth.

  • @drche420 Actually i've made several arguments that so far after four months of using them have not been corrected from these i can say that the Abrahamic gods DO NOT exist in a Gnostic position

  • Comment removed

  • If you have to ignore and cherry pick out so much of the bible because it doesn't fit in with your values, why be a Christian at all? If one part is wrong doesn't that mean all or many parts can also be wrong? It makes no sense! I was raised Christian, and by middle school started calling myself a deist because I realized the bible was barbaric.( By 16 I let that go and became an atheist). Just let go of the religions people...

  • A thousand years ago that man would be called a heretic, because he is.

  • Death to those who eat meat with blood still in it! It says so in the Bible!

  • @NStenO Why eat meat with out the blood, With out the blood it has no flavor. Christians have a way of sucking the fun out of everything don't they?

  • And of course whistling on the third Tuesday of the month was considered a stoning offence...

  • Yea, probably...

  • Thats his opinion.

  • 1:09 Men can't have long hair? I guess Jesus never got the memo.

  • @Deioth

The western depiction of jesus is way off.

He probably would have had short hair. olive skin and brown eyes, and he would have been quite stocky too from being a carpenter for many years.

  • @Afronerd All the more ironic and funny at how miserably wrong Christians have their own religion and how tunnel visioned they are.

God damnit, social conservatism needs to die.

  • @Afronerd Darker then olive an middle eastern man whom works out side all of the time working with wood would get a dark tan. Probably a light sepia tone.

  • @Deioth He's not natural 'cause he's the son of God. Hell, he's not even super natural. He's ultranatural.

  • @Netugi Translation: he's not real.

  • @gupsphoo :D

  • @Deioth haven't you heard? jesus likes fisting

  • sensible kid

  • I take "the Odissey" very literally.

Can't do the same with the bible, shit like that never happened.

  • @ChristianIce who takes Odyssey literally? Do people base laws on it? To they tell others who to love and what to do with their bodies because Odyssey makes them think they are allowed to? Who in modern times sites the Odyssey as a reason to wage war or to blame one group of people for the acts of others?

Where in the Odyssey does it suggest that we should teach our children that they are wretched for being born and deserve eternal torture because of what someone did before they existed?

  • @no2religions

    Google: *sarcasm*

  • @ChristianIce lol... sorry.

  • pretty smart kid there.

  • The dumbfucks that say the Bible isn't meant to me taken literally...are dumbasses. What a pathetic, superficial excuse to cover your ass. It was meant to be taken literally and you know it! Your stupid savior Jesus even clearly and explicitly condemned humanity for not killing their kids when they're disrespectful. Don't fucking tell me it's not literal! Why don't you religious people actually READ the Bible like us Atheist people do! My gawd, the hypocrisy...(Excuse the pun.)

  • @Santo3x7 No your talking shit, a monotheistic belief that God died on the cross for ur sins is a must for Xtianity. u can go around callinig yourself what u want, no ones gonna stop but Jesus teachings phillisophically or even morally speaking are pretty vague, un-important and not unique / original to jesus.

So you would be a Secular Agnostic Atheist because you arent monotheistic (Dnt believe divinity) and your not Gnostic (You arent 100% dead certain).

  • @shandcunt Christianity, however it started, became as pagan as pagan can be to attract a general following. Monotheistic? Not. Start with the Trinity, which makes no sense anyway, but there's a 3 in there somewhere. Then Mary, who is prayed to constantly. And apperantly can answer prayers. Then there's a few thousand Saints, each one capable of performing miracles unaided. Add angels, icons, etc. and what you have is an idol worshipping, paganism every bit as full of several Gods as any other

  • @shandcunt Does anyone really know what Jesus said anyway? Besides, more recent philophers, who knew about the world as is, wrote more compelling and logical views about mans "meaning". Not that I think we need a meaning to exist. That question being "meaningless".

  • Technically speaking, you don't have to believe in the divinity of a person to follow their teachings. A Christian is a follower of Christ, but it's non-specific as to what exactly one must follow. Jesus said many things, some of them contradictory, so it's impossible for anyone to be 100% Christian. If that means he believes Jesus was just a wise dude, it's no different than studying the teachings of Buddha or the Dali Lama without believing them to be divine beings.

  • @livin4jesus0225 how bout we don't use the word brainwashing lol how bout deliberately misleading information to give a positivism result to the educator? lol i don't teach my kid unless he wants to be taught. if he asks why the sky is blue i explain it or educate myself so that he can have the answer. as of such my 8 year old understands how germs work, the physics behind flying, geometry and much more where as the bible says slavery is right weather u teach it or not and that lead to confusion

  • @pre98buba you spelled 'basically' wrong. so, who's the idiot?

  • @saintjoshuax2 So you're saying no one should think critically about religion? If that was the case, you would still be worshiping the sun.

  • i have a feeling this guy is a closet atheist.

  • @DirtyMikeballin a closet gay atheist you meen?

  • Let's settle this: They hate homosexuals, cuz they don't understand them, causing the most primitive (not condecending, actual brain mechanics) to trigger a fear reaction (fight or flee) which the rational brain is supposed to overcome. If you are told by parents or beliefsystem are against this and you are not encouraged to form your own opinion on the matter your rational brain will learn not to deal with the issue and the fight or flee reaction will not be repressed. Same goes for rasism btw.

  • @Defhrone What is input into your head as a child, is the output you have when you are an adult. It is sad that so many children go uneducated, and it is even worse that the "adults" push their children through this doctrine as guidelines for the rest of their lives. Let me ask everyone, what is worse then having everyone who has ever been close to you, telling you lies from the moment you can speak, until the moment you are old enough to move out of your parents? I feel a little pity for them.

  • @Revolution2pointO I completely agree. I was lucky enough that my parents only started talking about it when I was old enough to understand and they where completely ok with it that I concidered it as nothing more then a story. They didn't teach it to me to get indoctrinated, just to make me aware of the most prominent belief in my country. Thank the universe that my parents are so openminded, I couldn't wish for anything better than that!

  • A gay atheist! He's gonna have to come out twice.

  • @ivanmikhailov Especially if he is gay atheist who also enjoys smoking marijuana. This world isn't exactly fair is it.

  • Arguing what a person in the bible said and it's true intent is like arguing the true meaning behind what Jiminy Cricket preached in Pinocchio; BOTH ARE FICTIONAL FUCKING WRITINGS!

  • There's no way this dude is actually a Christian. He went to Yale how? His parents are loaded, he just wants to pretend to adhere to the faith until they croak so he can have some of that will money.

  • @pdblouin33 Jealous much?

  • @livin4jesus0225 not you but all religious people i should have clarified "you". i already explained why i think it is brainwashing. fear is used to convince someone that stories are real. second there is a difference between teaching an opinion and teaching a fact. how is teaching a child that selling your child to a man for slavery is good? how is teaching a child if they talk back you can kill them good? you may not but the bible does and if that is the book of ur faith they will learn it.

  • so this kid think god is real? and is he gay?

  • leviticus is clear

  • @aweiss if you find two men lying together kill them both. Only two such people get this honor of death by the hands of a Holy man. Sciencetist and Homosexuals. A witch is a scientist. A conjurer of magics and potions.

We should live a more natural life. We know this in our hearts also, we display it in "Go Green" and all of our parks, fund rasiers, recycling, and all the ways humans reach out to help one another in a way no other species does.We know it all inside us, listen to ur heart

  • @truthseeker010101 firstly.. its all bullshit written by some shitty desert dwellers...

that being said that condemnation is most assuredly of black magic although there is a lot of anti science stuff in there. there is no conjuring so your comment makes no sense...

but leviticus, while it may be a stupid set of rules couldnt be clearer.. to pretend our fight is not agaisnt religion and pretend religion is something its not is a mistake.

  • i know its not impossible, but that was a pretty decent bit from cnn, good job guys!

  • Dont forget eating shrimp and prawns, god strikes you down for that shit

  • ...Yet 90% of the Americans still believe in Adam and Eve....Europe has lost the ancient Judeo-Christian stupidity.

  • @48acar19

Not 90%. The number of Americans who believe in Adam and Eve is way too high, but it isn't 90%. Fewer than that are Xians, and not all Xians even believe that. It's more like 30-40%; at least, that's how many believe in the Flood myth.

  • @OgreVI I don't think more than 10% really beleive in any of these things. It's just become proper to say it. Our job, as atheists, is to fight this. This has become important, as the 10% get thier way because of misplaced respect of religion. A respect unearned, and unwarrented.

  • her last statment is the truth, so how could their be a god, you cant take a book written 1000s of years ago and apply it to todays coultur, its just a book,

  • 1 % interest is a crime in the bible. The jews don't want to focus on that, rather to focus on schmitzelsmugglers.

  • I think what he is saying is that the word of God is not eternal... Right???

  • @pre98buba O_o

  • Damn he's cute!! :)

  • IMO... Marriage is a legal contract between two parties... It's a personal matter/commitment/promise between the parties as well. I see no reason not to allow a legal marriage between two parties.... There are also many gay couples that have successfully raised very compassionate, loving and secure children to adulthood. I just don't have a "problem" w/someone unless they're a criminal or jackass in some form or fashion. Just being gay doesn't fit either criteria.

  • I went to my parents church last night, and the sermon was about what the host was joking about at 2:29 ...

  • I'm so tired of all this gay vs straight talk. What about all the asexuals have they no rights? HAHA! =D

  • I've always felt this way. If it was about what the bible said, people would be up in arms about eating lobster and working on Saturday or Sunday. But they aren't. They are bothered by homosexuality because it is different. It is icky. It goes against the societal norm of the past, and they are slow to change. They have a hard time understanding that not liking something is not the same as believing it shouldn't happen. I don't like liver, but I'm not going to ban it!

  • @firegod001 Exactly. If it weren't about the ickiness, lesbians would be just as much the target as gay men. Most of the anti-gay marriage arguments I've heard focus exclusively on gay men, though.

  • @livin4jesus0225 um when u tell a little kid who does not know a thing about the natural world or other religions (normally 18 years worth) that if he so much as thinks about going to another religion or when reading about it taking it seriously that he will burn for ever in the pit of hell having their skin slowly roasted off from the bones every single day for all of time yeah i like to say that is brain washing. you fill their heads with story's and tell them that they are real with no facts

  • "If you find two men lying together, kill them both" Give up becuase you will always be persecuted. I smoke weed, I know it is a good thing, good for you, but I am not going to throw myself out there to be persecuted for it. I wondor why people even fight for gay rights. I wondor how many would fight for "anus rights" or "penis rights for men" I wish we named this what it is. "Little boy rapest rights" "rape heterosexual men in their sleep rights" Gay rights makes them sound human! lol

  • @truthseeker010101 with your argument straight men then have sex with little girls instead of boys and rape sleeping woman instead of sleeping men (those things actually do happen a lot more then the others), and the reason they fight is to have the freedom you have to go out and show your human emotions for love and compassion. and once again no one would have these views if they were not taught them from a young age to hate gays or to dislike them that all comes from the environment your from

  • @brentpal describing One wrong can NEVER justify another wrong in ethics. Take Ethics sometime! It is a natural law. No evil can produce good and be good. The english 2 wrongs dont make it right. Your going to be reaching for poor justifications all your life. it is agianst every law in nature, in religion, and in your heart you know it. We all do. I am not interested in debating you on what is so simple to see. I have been trapped in the hell that is lust before. It cannot be justified

  • @truthseeker010101 haha what? i was giving u an example on how that point of view doesn't justify dislike of gays idk where u are getting two wrongs don't make a right i didn't say either was good they are both wrong and sick but the point is they both do it not because of one being gay but because of the environment they were raised in. and its not wrong in nature cats, dogs, dolphins, chimps, cows, mice, people all have gay sex is the dog really evil? no its a natural erg for a climax

  • @brentpal thats not to say God does not forgive up to the heavens, becuase he forgives all. He understands better then any man could how easyly we fall into sin and becuase of our ignroance remain in it. We all receive the chance to change, in life, and in death.

  • @truthseeker010101 i love how all you theist act like you "know" god. you "know" what he is saying even though it was written by a man 100's of years after the fact of said events. have u ever played telephone in school? u wispier something in someones ear then they go around the circle until it gets back to you. you started with water and somehow the last person got spaceship. how can u expect ANYTHING from that book to be real if we fuck up after only 5 mins and that took 100'so years to write

  • stopping the hell that is lust, greed, and anger is not hate, no one hates those in lust, we understand having been there, and want to help you leave there. Promoting lust is not the answer, demanding rights for the sin we know we are all capible of id not the answer. Hate , Lust, and Greed are not good things. they are hell on earth.

  • For the young man speaking, I promote the words of Jesus Christ. Paul the apostile is a real good guy. Who can trust him though when the entire church of Asia left Paul, James the brother of Jesus rebukes Paul. For the reporter, Your right, taking the Bible and applying it totday is difficult for the world and some things don't work for todays seculer society. We can still find peace, one love
