I have a Unibody 13" Macbook, Does the new techrestore display have the same black issues on the lower half of the screen like the Apple display does?

does this mod make the screen light enough so it stays open when couch surfing?

The change in weight is not noticeable, if there is one at all. Some MacBooks/Pro have tighter hinges, so they stay in place. There seems to be some amount of variation in the manufacturing.

Thanks! I've been considering the upgrade ... and it is an upgrade, Apple, because it improves the MacBook ... and will probably get it now that I've seen your video.

The custom bezel does not have that writing. Making our own parts with Apple's product names on them would be begging for a lawsuit.
