  • ....swishy? well then.

  • fuck larry king

  • Why didn't they show the clips when Justin was bashed and Brian was crying? That this show is about relationships. Not just sex.

  • I love Emmett so much, he's so sweet, i don't think he's a stereotypical queen, he's not catty or bitchy, he has a heart of gold and ahhh i love Emmett.

  • i love justin taylor

  • Hey people stop beating up on Larry King. I don't think he's homophobic, why would he have them on his show if he was? But I agree about the clips

  • haha Randy's "i love you" to Gale. they are so cute!! <3

  • LARRY IS A FUCKING HOMOPHOBIC!!

  • This interview SUCKS. You can clearly see Larry is uneasy about gays.

  • I'm not going to complain about there not being a movie or new season, but I would love to see these guys again.

  • I love this show. And I LOVE how Randy whispered to Gale X3

  • larry king....Ummm not diggin his way of talking about the show...clearly he is uncomfortable... if only I watched tv and could have given him a bit of my mind right after the fact! Long live Queer as Folk

  • @1kscarbrough oh give larry a break, he grew up in an era when having sex before marriage can get you disowned by your parents.

  • I am so annoyed by people who criticize just to criticize.

If you don't like it, change the fucking channel. There are hundreds of channels on the American TV that air a variety of different TV shows and assorted programming.

  • when randy whispers "i love you" to gale, it looks like gale enjoyed it.. lol :]

  • i cant believe there are 10 dislikes.... :[ FUCK homophobes thumbs up if u agree

  • I LOVE that Gale looks so angry when Larry asks if he regrets ever taking the part.

  • I think Larry actually takes what could have been a really interesting interview and makes it so SO boring by focusing on sexuality and sex.

  • insubstituivélllll..... DEMAISSSS

  • AWWWWWWW... I also love the look/expression Gale gives Randy right after "I can't repeat it!" It was like, "I'll take care of you later for putting me on the spot!" LOL but in a cute, friendly and a funny way LOL...LOVE Gale and Randy forever :)....I also MISS QAF SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH and also want it back with a really pleasing and happy ending for the best couple Brian and Justin=like they'll be together at the end of the show :)

  • I love the laughs right after Gale says "I can't repeat it!" especially, Sharon's (Debbie) laugh which reminded me of Debbie from the show LOL.

During the whole interview, Gale seemed like bored but right after Randy's "I love you," he is excited lol, and his "I can't repeat it" brings back the real Brian Kinney's character (I mean the way he said reminded me of the role of BK) :)

Love the real friendship these two hotties share :):):)

    LOVE BriTin very much .....:)

  • I love Gale after Larry asks him, "Gale, you ever have regrets over taking the part?" and right after Gale's answer as "No,.." Gale looks like he really wants to punch stupid old Larry LOL...I mean, why would ever Gale regret his character as BRIAN KINNY = who's been and will always be dearly loved by gays and straights (mainly straight women=I'm one of them)...basically by everyone, and at least for the fact, how popular his character is!

LOVE YOU GALE HAROLD AND RANDY HARRISON :)..SOOO MUCH

  • haha at 2:49 larry asks hal a question, but he's looking directly at the camera so i think he was trying to ask gale this question but just got the names confused -- loved all of their responses to larry's line of questioning

  • All of them are are gorgeous. But Peter looks so cute with glasses. I can't pick who's my favourite actor. :)

  • Larry should just shut up with his "straight in real life ooh aaah!" because especially when watching them now, out of their characters, their performance on the show is all the more amazing, because it's strange seeing their faces and not the personalities I'm used to. I really applaud them, great actors, from the gay and the straight actors!

  • This Show was Hysterical.

I met some of the Cast. 2 of them could not keep their Eyes off Me.

Girls say I am a Cute Guy....

I am Looking for a Cute Female Wife.. : )

  • Nobody knows this stupid man (Larry King) here in Brazil. I just saw him and his name for the first time few minutes ago and I can already see how rude and ignorant he is, with his challenging questions and unpatient to the cast. The cast behaved amazingly politely. Congrats to them.

  • Larry King's challenging questions were so cowards, but the cast reacted very well.

  • Major kudos to all of them for being so patient with Larry King, because I would have lost my temper with such an ignorant interviewer =P

  • why does the interviewer always just ask about the reactions and the "regrets"?

Why should they regret playing it?? So many people loved the show and they must have known that some people might be offended by gay people making out on television, but obviously they didn't care, so why ask all the time?

The guy has the right to not like the show, but as a professional he should have prepared himself better and ask better questions.

  • What did Randy whisper to gale?! I hate Larry king!

  • @loudgrape28 he said i love him

    lol :D

  • aww...i love the cast!! they are soooo diff off set except emmit!..lol, justin u are jus ADORABLE!..Mikey u luk n behave dif off cast!! u even have an earring!=] Love the show and i'm straight!

  • I think the fact that every clip of the show it displays is either kissing or sex, is kind of homophobic on Larry and his teams part.

  • @stardusth2o Exactly what I was thinking! It's not all about the sex/drugs, it's so much more than that.

  • I'm a straight girl and I love the show!

  • WHY is almost EVERY clip kissing or sex etc?

  • @specialfaiths yea, srsly, wtf?

  • @specialfaiths

well there are many issues the show does try to cover, but i wonder why would you just focus yourself on sex?Does it excite "one"?

  • @TheDHEL13 Exactly.

  • @specialfaiths

    lol...unapologetic and frank, love it

  • @TheDHEL13 Haha! I think you've misunderstood my first comment. Yes, the show is about so much more than just sex, sex, sex. Why would they practically only show clips of sexual nature?

  • @specialfaiths

ohh, you don't get it? because it's agood marketing strategy, it attracts, and quite frankly arousing....but if you limit your understanding to the hot sex they are having rather than the bigger picture(i think in this part im refering to the reality of our society), then my dear that's your stupidity, your own personal limitation....xoxo

  • @TheDHEL13 I know :) I really meant it as a rhetorical question :P

  • @specialfaiths

and im giving you a rhetorical answer and then some...xoxo

  • @TheDHEL13 lol :)

  • i agree, this is more that sex, is a real love between two opposite person.... I LOVE QUEER AS FOLK

  • I love JUSTIN

  • did anyone notice he mixed up who Hal was in the question? 2:51

  • Apparentl Larry King is homophobic so why is h doing this interview. Q as F was such a beautiful show. Definitely wasn't about 'gay sex.' It was about people loving each other, over coming hate from others, and being strong and themselves.

  • The thing that is so completely annoying about Larry King is that the cast is answering with such lovely and compelling comments and he doesn't even react to them and have an honest dialogue. He's not even listening. He just looks down his list of questions and moves on to the next one. Horrendous interview.

  • "I wouldn't but you could!"

  • I think Gale's kinda blushing after he says "I can't repeat it" lol. Love Gale and Randy together:) and the show :)

  • gale is soooo in character when he says the "i can't repeat it" lines X3333

  • ohh we all love Gale :)!

  • I love how all the clips they show of it are the stuff people will see as negative. People on drugs, sex scenes, and a scene about Ben being HIV positive.

Way to spread a non-biased image there Larry! jerkass

  • I love queer as folk <333

  • Oh, guh! ^_^ It's so hard for me to separate these actors from their characters sometimes, lol. Like as soon as Hal starts talking I'm like "Ohhh, Michael!" And I feel like if anyone but Randy had played Justin, the character wouldn't have been nearly as confident or awesome. I think Randy's personality shines through, and that's a good thing.

  • Brilliant show....fantastic actors. BRILLIANT Thank you to the producers and actors. xx

  • Its so weird watching this, the characters feel so real in the show.

  • i love gale, when randy says I love you.....

  • It's so ironic how butch Peter Paige is in real life compared to the character (Emmett Honeycutt) that he plays. He is really talented as an actor to make that contrast.

  • its kinda stupid that they showed some of the kisses during the interview it makes the stuff they say sound ridiculous

  • Larry King could be asking much better questions. (rolling eyes)

  • @hbanana7 haha ikr?? xD "do we know who the audience is?" wtf?

  • what Hal speaks is so true. QaF was enticing with its shock values, but that can't keep viewers to continue watching. The storyline and characters of QAF is indeed compelling.

  • " i cant repeat it" lol i wonder wat he said? lol

  • @spike91919100 randy said "i love you." jokingly. hehe

  • Omg, the way he whispers it. . . . It's sweet and naughty at the same time. *__*

  • @MCRloveGD92 So true :D i was like "OH MY GOD!!!" lol

    p.s. MCR is AMAZING

  • 2002?? Damn time flies!!!!! :(

  • Randy isn't straight....

He's gay. And gale is straight.

  • @TheFarewell1989 or so gale says hehe.

  • @SuperArook hehe ;D mmhm. I bet on the last episode during their last kiss he was just soaking it all in, ya know? it's was like one final kiss so he had to absorb it

  • @rojuliase

Actually, Randy IS gay. Gale is straight.

  • Randy is openly gay if you watch the video closely and do a Wiki search on him

  • "I can't repeat it.." eeeee!

  • @rojuliase me 2

  • omg did gale and randy really have something??????????

  • I'm straight and I love watching the drama on the show. The cast are so right, there are so many people who can relate, watch for the drama, or other stuff- gay, straight or bi.

  • *i love you* Ohhh how cute!

i seriously think B&J were in love at that time.

  • this show i remember everybofy talkin about it in 2001,,,and 9 years later I watched it for the first time and now im a huge fan of it..its such a good show, i wish there were more seasons

  • watched this when I was 14 w/ my godbrother when he was 27 (well it was night so yeah). He just told me the show was just about relationships, but gotta admit, the sex is just as good XD

  • @rojuliase me 2 !

  • Queer as folk really does appeal to a lot of different audiences. just last night I sat down and watched an episode with my mom and dad. My dad loves the humor in it, my mom likes the sweet parts, and I... well, there are thinkgs in there I like ;)

  • @SerenityLuvr I think it's wonderful you can watch a show like this with your parents.

  • @rojuliase me too!

  • i think they picked bad clips

  • @rojuliase im a guy doing tha same ahaha

  • Immoral or harmless? How unbelievably disgusting and irresponsible for CNN to even raise that question. Ugh.

  • Did Randy say I love you????

Lol its probably just my imagination fulfilling my wish for them to be a couple in real life :D

Tell me if you can hear what he said

  • @MaYdAyImDiEiNg yes randy saud i love you ro gale i heard him say it in the background because thee are in the same new york studio

  • @MaYdAyImDiEiNg yeah i was like awwwww how cute

  • this just pissed me off so much ... but i love randy for saying that :):)

  • I think it's so awkward and weird for an interview because at the time this was the only show of it's time. I don't think Larry really knew what to ask and nobody really knew how to take it all in LOL.

  • this has to be the the most awkward interview ever.

  • "You can say swishy. I wouldn't, but you could." Haha! I love Peter. He's too cute. And the Gale/Randy moment...epic. :)

  • I wish that there were more shows like QAF on Aussie TV. Now that its over, the only gay characters i see are the token fags.

We need more quality gay drama, comedy, romance, movies and TV shows and books... everything.

  • OMG Gale's smile is adorable :D

  • When I saw this gay drama, I learn to understand their nature. Wish that they will be given an understanding and accept them for who they are. Wish also there will be a final episode a reunion between Brian and Justin how they are after loving and giving way in season 5.

  • Absolutely great show!!! I just loved it, have seen all seasons! brilliant! fantastic! And Ido agree as well this is more about relationships than sex! I wish Lithuanian audience to see it on their TV's 'cos the majority of Lithuanians is still so closed minded! Gladly I live in Ireland now and don't have to worry about society that much anymore!!! :):) It doesn't matter gay/straight/bisexual/transgender everyone should be treated equally!!

  • i agree that the program is about relationships and not just about sex. the storylines are brillant so is the acting. love it.

  • omg, it was sooo sweet, when Randy whispered 'i love you' to Gale ;>

    good interview.

  • Peter and Hal are so smooth. But Gale - he's so... stiff.

  • @seri0us I figure gal is stiff as you call it because larry would makeanyone uncomfortable and gale was probably thinking the whole time he wanted out of there and I don't blame him. who's idea was it anyway to put this cast on the Larry King show?! that person has bad thinking!

  • @ericnfan Seriously bad thinking. This interview made QAF look bad for all the ppl who've never seen it before.

  • @ericnfan I think everyone knew it would be awkward and uncomfortable - but also something that had to be done. Just think about it - so many people would see this interview, more than other ones. And 8 years later people are still talking about it. Larry was an ass, but I think it was good they did this.

  • I simply loved this series. It helped me finally come out. It's unapolegetic manner is amazing. Moreover those relationships are so real (and complex). Toooo bad they discontinued the series and did not make a movie.

  • i can't figure out the whisper at 3:36

  • It's Randy whispering "I love you" :)

  • @emmab619 And Gale's smile when he hears that is just... adorable!!! * swoons *

  • "I can't repeat it..."

    *swoons with you*

  • @emmab619 he's so in character there XD

  • randy whispered "I love you." :D

  • I honestly used to watch this show because gale harold aww is he gay in real life? i dont know he is so hoottt

  • Si alguien puediera traducir lo que dicen en el video estaria super agradecido. Gracias!!

  • I absolutely love the show.

Larry King does come off as a dick in this series of interviews though.

  • I love Hal. He described the show perfectly so people now know it isn't entirely about sex, drugs and clubbing :3

  • @foamysworshipper i love Hal too

  • i thought peter paige did a good job. he explained himself and you could see he wasnt afriad to be gay

  • Larry King always asks his question in this horribly condescending way, you can just feel that deep down he's a homophobe. Like when he asks "You have no regrets about taking the part? *None* whatsoever??" Like he can't believe his ears when Gale says he has absolutely no regrets.

And btw, I also agree with Heero, the clips are really arbitrary too.

  • I really fucking hate how the only clips of the show they're playing are the sex and drugs portions, except for the one with ben.

I also fucking hate how Larry is using his questions and the clips to subtly hint that Justin might have been "SEDUCED" at 17 by a PEDOPHILE FAGGOT, which so many homophobic Americans tend to think.

Am I the only person who is bothered by this or even notices it?

  • I agree entirely - and the way that King tries to hit that point home pisses me off. You can tell the cast are trying to hard to explain the show and stop people misunderstanding before they've even watched, but Larry isn't exactly making it easy. Grr.

  • @HeeroWithAGun for larry to imply that justin was seduced was ridiculous I agree. in the veryfirst episode justin went looking for someone. brian didn't kidnap him and make him stay all those seasons!

  • Same here, Randy is whispering 'I love you' to Gale @3:35 and his expression is so cute.

  • Omg I heard that and laughed so hard. If only Gale was gay too...if only.

  • love 3.35 XDDD

  • I don't understand what is controversial about QAF! It shows the reality! We see sex, love and also family life in the gay community!!!

  • umm yeah exactly thats why it is controversial. it's reality but a reality that ALOT of people want to deny is there so it's controversial cause it just puts it out there for everyone to see and notice.

    ilovequeerasfolk!

  • vorrei tanto sapere cosa dicono..

  • Why would Larry ask Randy if Emmett's character bothered him? His PORTRAYER is gay. He asks the dumbest characters. My best friend is bisexual, I have lots of gay friends, and they all love the show.

  • Shit, I meant questions, not characters. Wow XD.

  • lol, its okay but Larry once again is just some old homophobic hag

  • @FinalDestination019 I thought that was crazy and offensive towards emmett. I mean seriously larry?! peter ad radyseemed close friends off the show like in behind the scenes footage so he bascially is demeaning their friendship as well as ther characters!

  • 'did you know it would be controversial?' QasF started life as a REMAKE of the UK version (then went on to bleed the life out of it). It's frustrating that this interview fails to mention that. This show would NEVER have been made in the US had the English version not been as well received.

  • Thats what I say

  • I wonder if the L word was this popular...

  • @bboysfan1995 Well the L Word came out in 2004

  • It sounded like Randy

  • lol...who ever said "I love you" was a nice person..i wanna say it was Hal but then again, it could be Randy

  • It was Randy who said i love u...we heard it cuz Randy was in New York in the same studio wid Gale...n thts y as soon as Gale heard it, he looked to his right at Randy as Randy was sitting there...isnt it adorable?? :-)

i believe its a kind love between them that cannot be explained in words...

  • I know right...its adorable and nice...Larry King wanted to be nosy but Gale was like "nah, if u werent too busy cutting me and the rest of the cast off everytime, maybe I would reveal it"

  • Larry King is a complete homophobe!!

  • he will get over it n if he doesnt oh well...not sure whats so special about the hag, especially conductin this kind of interview

  • @bboysfan1995 larry was being nosy wanting to know what randy said and I think even if larry wasn't cuting them off constantly gal still wouldn't of said. he seems to value their friendship too much for that.

  • I finally heard the i love you!

    haha.

    I couldn't hear it before.

  • XD omg how could i have missed that.

when does the kiss between Brian and michael?

  • Gale ist sooo cute at 3:37

I really like him a lot, he's a great actor.

  • What is the song that starts at 3:58 ?

  • yeah, Peter PAige is gay

i dont now where you guys hear that hes straight O.o

have you seen Emmet dance? so amazing xD ben, too, in the theme

  • ok so could someone like tell me which ones are really gay and which ones are really straight? please

  • Randy Harrison (Justin) and Peter Paige (Emmett) are actually gay in real life. The rest are straight.

  • Robert Gant, Peter Paige and Randy Harrison are all gay.

  • Deans Armstrong is also gay (Blake) and uncle vik is also gay in real life...

  • oh for real?

  • Yup

  • hahaha justin wispered i love you to brian lol and he's like "i cant repeat it"

  • Oh, I didn't hear it!

  • lmao its hilarious.

  • miss this show-

  • God, I love QAF so much and the actors are just amazing.

    Thanks for sharing this. =D

  • wow... they´re great people.

the guy who plays emmet is soo straight.....

    i love emmet. really funny.

  • Peter Paige (Emmit) is gay in real life

  • And also the one who played Justin.
