There's 2 ways you can do it. You could either play through the normal story, or at the title screen highlight the new game option and push, trangle, square, circle, trangal, square, circle, x. You'll then here Etna say something, I'm not sure what she says because I just played through the story normally.

Hey, Onimaru...How do I get to those insanely high levels? I'm in the etna mode, and I've passed 2 stronger bills so, the enemies on the 1st map are all lvl 95 and my strongest char is around lvl 80...

It's just called "Disgaea" and it's the same theme used for the final boss and Laharl's apearance in Disgaea 2.

You have to pass the "Mysterious Seal" and "Travel to an Alternate Netherworld" bills in the Dark Assembly.

You have to unlock Etna mode by reading all of her journals in the secret room each episode.

Why is it the neither of them speak? (Is it really that hard to get a voice actor?)

Also, Etna never says either of their names. She just refers to them as "she," even when the Prinny asks her who they are.

There were never any voice actors for them in the Disgaea series... The original actors are probably not here anymore.

I don't think maxing stronger enemy bill will do much for them since they're already level 9999 to begin with in Etna mode.

I can't say for sure actualy, but it looked to me at the time as if their stats had recieved a boost. I'm not sure now.

Not in Etna mode they don't.
