i cant quite understand how your playing the riff after you play the first three, with the 2s and a hammer-on from whats remaining of the pull-off from the 2nd fret of the g string. can you explain it?
@TheHYPO yeah sorry for the terrible clarity...it starts with an open D then goes to hammer-on from the open g-string to the 2nd fret and past that i cant quite figure the rest out. Also I was just wondering if you could tab the version of Pinch Me from the Bathroom Sessions...if not it's okay i just really love that version. Thanks ^_^
@CapnPeanut5271 PS: There's nothing significantly unique about Pinch Me on the Bathroom Sessions; that's pretty much the way he always plays the song...
Having said what i did below, i'm now trying to learn this song, and was wondering if there's any way you could do a tutorial file, like the one you have for million dollars? If you have the time it would be really helpful, though it's obviously understandable if you don't!
Have you seen his other videos? He has several instructional videos that are really helpful and pretty much note perfect, this just appears to be a run through to accompany one of the tabs he's written out, and a good one at that.
If it's rougher than you thought, you must have thought it was absolutely perfect. I only noticed one or two minor screwups, which is about 5 fewer mistakes than I usually make in Thanks That Was Fun, even though it's one of the easiest BNL songs that you have tabbed out. Where is it that the video skips a bit? I didn't notice that at all.
Dude you rock but I want to see what your doing with the other hand and slow it down. Not only is that the way Ed plays it but it would help figure out this song. Give me a hand here.
The tab would probably assist you. It's actually harder to play the song slow. You lose the rhythem, and the hammers don't have the effect they need. There's nothing I can do about the other hand. I'd like to be able to show both, but with youtube quality, if I was wide enough to show both hands, you wouldn't be able to see fingerings. I'm working on a potential better angle. We'll see in a few weeks
