DRI are one of my biggest influences dating back to my teenage years in the 80s.

I have seen them twice, once in the late 80s and once in the late 90s.

I shook Kurt's hand, and consider them the seminal band in punk / hardcore crossover.

I may add that if you dont want to experience the most intense slamming ever, do not go to a DRI show. Their pits are legendary.
