I think I should explain something... first, the workers are not forced but motivated and paid to build the infustracture just like how Americans built theirs in the past... second, though limited, you could read a lot of criticisms on gov't on medias everyday and the gov't does solve the problems if they try to maintain its image... Why are Indians trying to match up to China? China is trying to rival the USA, while India is like a little child running behind looking up to China. There is really no debate. Right now, China is ahead of India in almost every aspect.
