I'm really looking into being a BeachBody coach. As of now, my only hesitation is what all is required.

So is it an initial payment of $40, then a monthly payment of $15, and every month you must purchase a product of $50?

Those are the costs. It's not a quick buck business but if you give it some time to blossom and put some work into it - it will pay off. About 3-6 months.
