First it is called the one finger pushup because you do not count the thumb as a finger even though it is one it is just called one finger pushup. Also when you are doing it you do not use your knuckles at all. Your two fingers were practically touching the floor at the end they got to stay up the whole time all the way through.
hey freddie, im a gymnast and ill like to know, if its posible, when you do all this excercises what muscles are you using more? because when we do a planche we need a lot of shoulders,abs and the back, but u make it see easier, and it also looks life if u were only using your shoulders, plz answer my quiestion. Your correct it does work shoulders, abs, lower back. Also it works the wrists, forearms, triceps, chest, legs. It really is a total body exercise. If you have stronger muscles all around, you will have better form. I used to neglect my lower back training, since I have been training the lower back more, my form got much better. It's not just the shoulders. I see that everyone will do it a little differently. I'm not a gymnast but I am very impressed by what they can do

u work on it Freddi because i think u not able to do the pushups properly u just fall befor u complit them and u put ur head to help with balance.
