I think the tempo/mood variations in the adagio segment are more severe than the recording I have. Nice. I like a bit more melancholy usually, but this was nice!
d9002, Beethoven himself, one of Mozart's greatest fan, wouldn't compare. His Fuge is based on this one. He transcribed this piece at the time he was working on his grosse Fuge, and if you'd listen carefully you'd be able to listen how much was inspired by Mozart's extreme chromatic modulations in the double counterpoint. Mozart did not only imitate Bach, he took dissonant modulations to an extreme, which was an inspiration to Beethoven's Fuge modulations...30 years later!
Wow! Very interesting articulaton! Nice interpretation, great expression! They sound like a string armi, i think is because they are in a kind of church..
very heavy :/

Beautifully done. This piece is not played often enough. Not many people think of fugue and Mozart at the same time. Good players!

I wish it had been played with more sadness, but this is great as well.
I've always thought this version was better than the piano arrangement.

La prova del genio di Mozart. Da paura!

Pezzo straordinario e anche ben interpretato. Mozart era veramente un extraterrestre. Chi componeva così nel 1700?

Wow. Bravo.
I love this piece. It's such a pleasure to play, and so great when it comes together.

magnifique oeuvre...ladagio est cependant un peu trop sec, trop détaché à mon gout...

I love this piece, and the fugue is really beautifull.
For me, one of the Mozart's best work.
