Thank you very much for the review. I have the LG Cosmos 2 and wasn't pleased with the quality of the phone. At first i was going to just switch over to a Samsung Intensity II but then i heard about the LG Cosmos Touch. I figured what the heck...wont hurt to at least check it out. So i watched a few reviews and i came up with the conclusion that LG probably fixed a few of their mistakes. And after watching this one im convinced enough to purchase it. Thank you very much.

@LaurenKess2010 Get the LG Extravert instead...the Extravert is the successor to the Cosmos Touch and has a better camera. I just got it and love it.

@M1n0R Send it back while you can, I have one, mine does the same thing, its so crappy, mine shuts off randomly, the photos are horrible, and you dont get 2 page messages, no matter how long the message is, you only get the last page of it. I hate it so much but it will be 2013 before I can get a new one. Maybe it can somehow reach an unfortunate accidental end :D

@sarahbledsoe1 If you want it, go for it. Every LG Cosmos Touch may look the same and be made with the same parts, but each phone individually has their own stuff, you know? Plus, if you're getting it from Verizon with an upgrade, you could always bring it back within 30 days or however long they do the returns.

I had the original Cosmos and I liked it a lot, so I don't really think there's a major difference except the touch screen and such.

I got this phone thinkong it would be a good phone. It is not. It really disappointed me when i found that the screen lagged and the whole phone did. it does the job for a 7 year old but im not 7. do not like it. i upgrade next month and plan to get a Kin Two M.

i love my cosmo touch. i love everything about it the txting the touch and i am a bit mad that the back slide paint came of after txt alot, i would suggest not taking off the safety cover from the back slide :P

This phone is terrible. It's ok if you want a really simple phone that you dont need to rely on. I've had it for around a week, and it's shut off and restarted over 10 times in the middle of use. Unacceptable. The keypad is pretty good, but is not enough to save the phone. The OS is slow, like all of LG's other phones. It has minimal customization. No flash on camera. Can't play music and text.

@DrummerNigel7 So far it has worked. never crashed on me, no issues to report. it has never dropped a call on me either (I guess Verizon is to thank for that). I wish the OS was quicker and the camera was higher resolution, but for what i use the phone for (calling and texting) it is more than adequate. But it is by no means a replacement for a blackberry or iphone.
