How do you keep your thumbs limber and healthy? I often get pain in my thumbs after massaging my boyfriend for long periods of time... do you have any suggestions? Thank you! Oh and great video too!

This is wonderful modalitiy and it is much better than the dvd that I bought. I am massage therapist and I am practicing Tai massage and I love it.
