@AlexanderaCherie This was such a long time ago and I'd forgotten it was on youtube. We've changed a lot since then. I was very new at teaching myself. We've just had a couple weekend of full on performing for east worthing Festival, Art in Motion Dance Festival, Floating Fish Cabaret club and the Worthing Birdman event and a few video's were taken so we are hoping to upload them very soon. we enjoy doing Kiss Kiss still and now we get our audiences to come and join in with us which is great fun

Yeah. Intermediate and advanced groups have a lot more control and there are many many more ways to move your body in arabic dance. The hardest thing they did (well, it was the hardest thing for me to learn) was what I call the camel. It's that body-wave thing.

You did well to perform in a small space.

I started belly dance classes a year ago and love it, we do a different routine to kiss kiss, it can be quite scary to perform to a crowd too so well done all.

forgive me if you thin i'm wrong, but I think that the best dancer of the group was the big lady on the right. it's a shame that on most other bellydance videos anyone with an inch extra seems to get put down for it, when actually size has nothing to do with ability. either way...good job girls :D keep it up

you know that there have been so many comments about my size its a real shame thats all that people see and not see the dance for what it is.

i don't care if people dont like me, its just a shame that people write negative comments. it's lovely to see the possitive ones tho so keep them coming.

we may not be the best dancers out there but at least we are enjoying ourselves and thats all that matters really. I really love what I do. x

Thank you for your comment. I do think its very sad that people feel the need to write nasty comments. I love dancing and My philosophy is that we are all sisters in dance sharing, encouraging and empowering each other. Its inclusive of everyone no matter of their size or their age.

You do know that there are male belly dancers out there... right? And no, before you even think it, they are not all gay. I actually know a guy who can belly-dance beautifully and he is completely straight.
