Those few seconds when the train ran him over and when it took off, must have been the worst few seconds of that ladys life! Unless the kid moved or the lady pushed the stroller a bit, the platform is not leveled! So it's not her fault. Stuff happens and I know damn well she will never ever let the stroller or kid alone in the train station.

Thank God the boy survived and the mother was able to be united with him. Everything worked out perfect. If the train had come one second earlier, the mother would have jumped on the tracks and gotten killed. So, again, thank God everything happened the way it happened.

About the mother letting go, I sympathize. We're just human beings. We're not perfect. Sometimes we don't think straight and make mistakes. So I don't blame her.
