  • This woman is incredible

  • Unbelievable - This woman is incredible and should get more press than she does! She is absolutely wonderful

  • Oksana is one of the most inspiring athletes of the 20th and 21st century. She has truly found what she is good at and she has been doing it for 20 years now at 101% of her own abilities. Most people can only dream of being that good at what they do and loving it, not to mention winning medals. I don't want to imagine a wolrd of gymnastics without her stoicism and professionalism.

  • How in the world she can still do all this stuff!!!! SHE IS TRULY AMAZING AND AN INSPIRATION!!!!!

  • Oksana is incredible; that first vault her handspring Rudi is incredibly difficult; its a 6.3 E score; amazing when you think the most difficult womens vaults are out of a 6.5. She is superhuman, I love the fact that she still has such an obvious passion for her sport, its more than just a job for her.

  • @ralucagymnast she supports her family off her medals, and her son has cancer, so it kinda is a job for her

  • @ralucagymnast Chuso, while competing partly for her son, is so inspirational. Actually, the hardest vault is the incredible double front first performed by Choe Jong-Sil and named after Elena Produnova for a 7.1 difficulty :).

  • @ShawnVikaKomova2012 exactly and I am surprise that the Produnova was last performed in 1999, I wish someone bring it back to the competition.

  • @rgtzgmnst It's pretty strange. Most elite gymnasts around age 12 have a Yurchenko full tucked or a front tuck but go on to develop the Yurchenko laid out twisting vaults. I wish they'd do more forward vaults.

  • @ShawnVikaKomova2012 yes! I remember sawing a Mexican gymnast in 2008 Olympics named Marisela Cantu, she wasn't a gymnast with a high level but she did a back tuck handspring/yurchenko almost perfect, I wonder why if gymnasts like Mustafina, or Nabieva, etc. doesn't do a harder vault like the Prudunova

  • @rgtzgmnst It's probably because doing a Produnova is so much different than a Yurchenko back layout with twists and since that's all they really ever compete and develop, they don't use or learn forward vaults. Like, between the Yurchenko 1/1 and 2/1, there's the 3/2 if you're not yet ready for the 2/1 but better than the 1/1. Between a front tuck and Produnova, there's nothing. Of course there's front layouts with twists but even those are much different from front tucks.
