@dinnerandashow I have been trying to get 150/35 for all most a year and they tell me it is not available but the tech tells me 150/75 is now available but he can't help me put the order in to get it.

The business side tells me we can get me 150/35 but wants to charge me more for TV & Phone then I am now and I have to change out my boxes can use the tv boxes I have not witch I want to keep.

There sales people don't know how to keep there customers and don't know whats available.

@GoFastJames Does it show available on the website? For me it did but phone people say no. It took 6 months and 20 hours on the phone with VZ and not until I got a hold of the right people did I finally get this service. When the tech said 150/75 is available he was probably talking about 150/35 as its actually provisioned at 150/75.

I am guessing you can get it if business shows it as available. My problem was I was on BPON but my serving hub had GPON capacity. They had to swap out my ONT.

@PaceyPimp Fios has port 80 open and on business port 25 as well. Who the hell uses their ISPs email? That is DUMB. You are much better off with a third-party provider so your email address doesn't change when you move/change ISPs. The webhosting doesn't even matter to most. 100MB email attachments doesnt mean much when many servers drop emails to big (like the company I work for at > 40 MB).

I have Cablevision (OOL) here in Yonkers, NY and my speed is so slow that i am having problem watching this video. Slower than dial connection at peak hours. Thank God I am switching to fios soon. i am getting the 25/25 package.

You should really promote the fact that you do not have Bandwidth CAPS. Comcast loves trashing FIOS, yet they have a 250G Monthly Bandwidth usage limitation. Why is Verizon NOT using this fact to promote themselves as they have no usage limitations. To me that is a BIG selling point!

I currently bond two 35/35 connections into 70/70 for about the cost of the 150/35 (with TV/phone service). Its really a shame that this is 150/35 and not 150/65. If you weren't having my upload speed for the increased download I probably would have signed up for this service (if it was also available).
