  • nice man! :D

  • Oh my your tone makes me moist.

  • @howtostore This. :9

  • What bass is this?

  • @ConfuzedwithaZ This is a Lakland 44-02 bass. You can pretty much get any type of tone out of it.

  • One of the best bass players on youtube!!!

  • Nice!

  • love the color of your "bending" it's so much more soulful than merely "nailing" the true pitch!...keep it up bro! you are an artist!

  • Very good song and Bass players !

  • Great job man. This must be a fun song to play on bass. I should learn this.

  • @infusion26 I can totally see that! Everyone has their unique playing style. And your tone does indeed sound natural, although the fact that some notes are out of tune will always disturb me ;)

  • Great Job!! I have been playing this song since 1967 and I just realized that I was playing two notes incorrectly. Thanks for the video!

  • do more Van Morrison!

  • Nice playing. But you should think about the way you push the strings down. At the moment, in all your videos, you bend the strings a bit. This means that some of the notes becomes slightly out of tune. So try to push the strings straight down to the fretboard and not bending them.

    //Bassplayer since many years

  • @elihellsten I like to bend the strings a bit it is part of the sound I make. It makes a more 'alive' and brilliant tone.

  • @infusion26 I didn't even notice that you've been doing that until reading elihellsten's comment, and quick question for you if you have a moment. Is that something that is commonly done on bass for people looking for a certain tone? Or is it something that you picked up on your own?

  • @MShepherd88 I've always worked hard to get a nice tone that comes 'alive' and for me this is quite natural.

  • @infusion26 I do the same thing

  • I've been working on this song, and this will help. Thanks, sounds excellent!

  • @emittscool Thanks !! I'm glad you enjoyed it! :-D
