  • This is definitely a demonstration. You didn't want to get "sent to the quad" and it took at least 4 fish (freshman) to hold you down (one arm / leg each). You used a small trash can from your room to pour a long, thin stream on their face, genitals etc. You filled up the big trash cans ahead of time with cold or almost hot water and alternated. There were lots of methods. NOT hazing. Seniors only sent seniors; juniors sent juniors, as punishment rather than getting into fights.

  • Hey, @mediamannaman, what year was this? I am in K-2 now, and my dad was in K-2 class of '83.

  • WHOOP!

  • Hah. Red Ass!

  • Wow this footage is badass

  • This is from my outfit (K2) in my fish year. Didn't know our sergebutts had a video camera! I hope that wasn't us pouring the water. We prided ourselves on pouring a very narrow, laser-focused stream of water. Also, this quadding was just for demo. We always held our victim down, and we never let them wear blue jeans that they could pull tight like that - it was always just gym shorts. And if they tried to fight us, we had our secret weapon... fish Elgin and "The Claw!"

  • Oh heavens no we can't do anything like that anymore! It would be hazing! Dearie me.

    Old Army! WHOOOOP!

I would have rather done it to the pissheads.

  • So awesome to see this!! we no longer carry on the tradition of quadding eghem eghem cough cough hahaha
