If you listen closely, the short string sample at 0:38 in this video sounds like the string section melody from 1:13 into "Lloyd, I'm Ready to be Heartbroken" by Camera Obscura.
@AreaCode978 You said "shit is never loud enough" and now you're saying that you didn't mean bad. Idiot. If it is not loud for you try to turn the sound up. It's only your false that you're fucking deaf
@Ewhuraazih Thom sometimes yells over to the sound guys when his mics or instruments are not loud enough for him; in other words, since you are a fucking moron, he wants his sounds guys to "turn up the volume" for his stage mics. So since "shit is never loud enough" sometimes for Thom, I think it's funny when he yells over and makes gestures toward them. You are a faggot. Stop wasting my time before I a make a fool out of you.
@AreaCode978 Oh, yeah, I realy scared by you...you know I met a lot fools in my life but you're the most stupid. you can't even spell right, a little shit
@Ewhuraazih * I'm really (had to be done considering your comment about spelling) and talking on youtube is not meeting someone... if you think that you need to get out more mate haha anyway...
Whoa! These guys just turn up a couple of notches in their live performances! National Anthem was always one of my favourite songs. But this performance? Man, it looks like they're playing something completely different! Even the lyrics are somewhat changed.
At 4:05, Colin looks like he's enjoying the show as much as any fan. That says a lot for the character of this band.
They could ask for a thousand bucks a ticket for the show, but damn, they earn every cent of it
@51yourtimeisup Thom's vocal performance at Glastonbury 2003 was better. The band's music in this one is better than Glasto '03. This is polished... and I like it. But, I was hooked on this song when they played it on Saturday Night Live in 2000. Thom was way more possessed, to put it one way. And way more pissed off at the end. Too bad the NBC/Universal bastards keep taking it off of Youtube. Maybe at SNL's site on NBC.com will have it... search for the October 14 2000 episode.
@C3ment this is kinda faster but both the are really great and in someway the version of this song is hard to compare becouse always is diferent and really good
