VH1, the other people in the house didn't see Shilpa's intro video so they couldn't have judged her based on that. I do agree that she came off stuck-up in her intro vid and I didn't like her in the beginning, but in the house she proved herself. While the others sat on their asses, Shilpa actually went out of her way to cook and clean the dishes even though she probably never did those things at home.
