I was sleep & I listen to music on my xbox My mom came in to turn it off, and when she left. I THOUGHT I got up with her, but was having this. For some reason I went to my bathroom and said Bloody Mary 3x . Then went back to my bed, flopped down and closed my eyes, Then I felt a FREEZING cold body against mine. It was her. I kept my eyes closed shut. Then she whispered to me, ":So you didn't believe me either?" I woke up SCREAMING & Crying, Then Hallucinated till school; I wouldn't go to sleep.

I can move my habds and arms very slowly but barely because they feel really super heavy like someone is holding me down, I'm an atheist but I've even seen what they call the devil, I've seen his head hovering above me, laughing in my face. I saw a poster I had on my wall slowly tearing from one corner, dusty footsteps on my room the next day in the morning. This only happens when I sleep in my bed... No where else. I get it like 3 times a week. I'm afraid of going to bed at night.

I get this too. Nit as intense as this but I feel a presence in my room, I see the shadow of a man coming towards me, I hear strange static sounds I see a small dot of light floating around my room, I feel the shadow man touching me, I feel my arns being lifted up off the side of my ved.

As an actual frequent sufferer of sleep paralysis, the first 2 minutes of this video scared me pretty damn hard. I've had hallucinations of the TV being turned on and freaky shit being played on it, dark figures standing over my bed, doors opening and closing, people screaming, seizures, etc.

But then the video turned into a comedy and it was hilarious.

I've had sleep paralysis once.. I woke up, and I discovered that I couldn't move, then I glanced on the mirrow and saw this scary ass figure, then I started to hear some demonic screaming and laughter in my right ear. I tried to call my mom who was in the other room, but it just came out as a whisper. Then, I went back to normal. It lasted for about 30 seconds, but it felt like minutes to me. OH MY GOD, it was such a scary experience. I hope I don't get sleep paralysis EVER again. :c
