I read this on various websites. It seems that Arceus is actually not the creator of Shinnoh and all pokemon. Arceus is like the son of the real creator......like a God and Jesus thing. The legendaries from black and white are the gatekeepers or better said the angels. The real God pokemon is yet to be announced I guess. Then again, this is what I read.

This is just from a trailer for the movie; (the date this video was posted was a full 2 months before the JPN movie was even released) this version of Judgement wasn't shown in the Japanese OR English version of the movie. It's entirely possible the animators decided to change the Judgement attack entirely to the version in the final movie. Lots of trailers show footage that's not in the final cut of a movie.
