When someone has been sentences to the death penalty it just doesn't happen like that! The to to an appeal court and then to the Supreme Court. That takes a long time and a lot of money!

As for this kind of 'deviance' this deviance has been rehabilitated before through other forms other than incarceration. Therefore execution is not the answer.

In order to understand this behavior I have to be as objective as possible Many of these pedophiles were sexually abused by pedophiles. 1) Some people on the list are not actually sex offenders. * In some states, you can be put on the list without even committing a sex offense. * Some are wrongly convicted.

2) Castration would not prevent many crimes since often it's more than just sex.

3) U.S already has highest prison incarceration rates in the world and overpopulated prisons. I don't want my tax money spent keeping them alive.
