No no no, Meowth couldn't use an actual fury swipes to attack snorlax. He had to spend thousands of dollars in order to build a robot that is actually shorter than the snorlax intended to defeat. But in the end, the robot blew itself up and team rocket was yet again dumbfounded by the fact that they lost, and somehow were able to, yet again, earn the trust of Giovanni in order to spend more funds, that Team Rocket probably doesn't even have in the first place, to build more giant robots.
