Not bad animation much you haven't gotten the dog's stride down. The shoulder blades come out too far almost and the feet joints of the legs need some work, OTher than that pretty good.

i really like the dog, its much cooler than the resident evil dogs, they look like they have been released from the dumpster -.-

unfortunately, the crow is less successful.. it is okay to look at, but then again, i think its somewhat more like normal than attacking. but overall good made :D

i think that the animation of the rear legs of the dogo is a bit wierd both in walking and running, you should try to fixe it ;)

what you should do with the crow is with the fly animation dont have it always move its wings, like have it glide a little

eg: Flap wings for a few seconds then glide, repeat etc.
