  • So will my Chinese grandma is gonna die? I think she's been drinking soy milk in the morning since WW2.

  • @MOONorganics

Not to forget Soya Lecitine ........its in almost all chocolate and bread.......

I was pretty shocked when i started to read the ingredients on the packages of every product that i at first was interested in.

  • Because of soy, I have to inject myself 120mg of testosterone every 5 days for the rest of my life.

    I'm so mad!

  • @StarcraftAlphaBeta

    Thanks for that information ,

You can imagine what it does to boys both pre and adolescent !

  • @erniepond1 Yes! At 14, 15, 16 (during my puberty) my mother replaced our cow's milk to soy milk, because it was "healthy". It permanently damaged my testicles and thyroid, so I'm now forced to supplement for the rest of my life with testosterone. I'm now 24 and my system is permanently broken! It's not that bad though, it only takes 3 minutes to inject and like 1 hour to buy the drugs every 40 days.

  • Soy destroys my health when I eat it. The fact is, I have blood tests with soy, and no soy. My testosterone drops by 30% to 85% on soy by eating it for 2 days to a week!

2 days of soy drops my testosterone by 30%.

7 days of soy drops my testosterone by 85%.

    Fuck this food.

  • if we were to fallow elites scums suggestions. We should stop breathing, eating and drinking!

Oh and most importantly stop thinking! In short we should just die! Wait that's exactly what they want!

  • I'd rather eat soy foods than animal carcasses any day!

  • @travb35 love it <3 great comment.

  • @nerdymom2 you're welcome :)

  • I love my organic non-GMO edamame :)

  • You know what is really healthy to eat? cock and pussy.

  • @tomyklauss trolololol

  • Vegans in the know avoid soy like the plague---meat eaters who shop indiscriminately eat tons of soy as it is everywhere....

  • Soybeans are washed in alkaline, or boiled in a petroleum-based solvent. They are bleached, deodorized, and filled with flavoring additives. Soy contains goitrogens. Goitrogens have been shown to causes gout and various thyroid problems.

  • @L2design all what you explain is present in soy lecitin! not in soy oil extract!

  • Funny how science allways find vegans and vegetarians, healthier than omnivores. I allways avoid soy mostly, there are plenty of other sources of protein for a vegan.

  • She's definitely a lobbyist, and it didn't even take me long to find it. She sits on the board of directors of Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund. Here is their mission statement :

Defending the rights and broadening the freedoms of family farms and protecting

consumer access to raw milk and nutrient dense foods.

So you tell me is she impartial?

  • Obviously sponsored by the dairy lobby. I've never seen such a collection of pseudo-science and hearsay bundled up to look like public service. Anyone that even does a cursory search to check out these claims will find the truth. Soy IS very good for you, just stay away from those processes soya burgers/hotdogs etc.

I read in one article where Dr. Kaayla T. Daniel suggested that it was diet that killed Steve Jobs. We should be elated she has discovered the cause of cancer I suppose.

  • Total nonsense. Garbage science from the dairy industry. A few years ago these bozos were on TV, trying to legally ban the use of milk in the name of "soymilk". The claim was that they were trying to protect the public!

  • I love how she talks about the dangers of children being "estrogenized" and then recommends "raw milk" (i.e. cow milk), which, as has been stated here by others, has so many times more estrogen than soy milk, it's absurd. It amazes me how much the modern media assumes that anyone watching their program has roughly the same intellectual capasity as cottage cheese.

  • Comment removed

  • @Quagthistle - U have to understand the complex balance raw milk from grass-fed cows provides of essential hormones. The amnt of estrogen in raw milk is extremely minimal, balanced correctly, needed by both males&females & is not in & of itself an evil. After 2yrs of research trying to cure the problems my daughters were having that I believed were related to diet-we switched to raw milk(which I get from a local farmer whom I know & trust). The difference in our health is astounding!

  • "ha ha ha Look at those shoes!!.... but seriously, we're here to talk about the horrible effects of soy" -- WTF??

  • LMAO 'i was seeing a lot of sick people' = 'the dairy industry paid me'. What about dairy??? What about all the unhealthy people who eat cheese and drink milk?

  • VEGAN is still BEST DIET on this PLANET, noone needs SOY and NOONE NEEDS TO EAT ANIMAL CORPSES!!! OR MILK EITHER

  • @adembasou

Animal Corpses are sooo tastey, and milk shakes ROCK! Food chain FTW!

  • Get real and get informed.

    1. Over 90% of the soy is GMO. CRAP!

    2. Fractionated soy is in EVERYTHING that is processed. That is NOT whole soy...tofu, tempeh, miso etc. Fractionated soy IS unhealthy.

    3. Educated vegetarians get protein from more than JUST SOY.

    4. Soy does NOT contain estrogens! Please get educated.

  • @MOONorganics Dont forget soy lecitin!!!!

soy oil extract is somewhat ok.

  • @monsterrun anything that has to been dryed out and turn into powder in the process of "food processing". Just that indicate a wickedly enourmous ammount of MGS!!!!

Most MGS when presented to stomatch acid and heat, transform to the deadly aspartame!!!

  • Soy killed Linda Mc Cartney.

  • Right on the money. And dairy, except grass fed butter and raw milk, are crap too.

  • Cow milk has twice the amount of estrogen as soy milk. Wonder how much the dairy industry paid this lady.

  • @knowthetruth1492 TWICE?! Cow milk has More like a 1000x more potent estrogen than soy milk. Free natural estrogens in raw and commercial whole milk were quantitated by radioimmunoassay. The ranges of concentration of estrone, estradiol 17-beta, and estriol were 34 to 55, 4 to 14, and 9 to 31 pg/ml. Proportions of active estrogens in the fat phases of milk by radioactive tracer on separated milk were 80% and 65%.

Soy milk's phytoestrogens are 1000x less potent than estrogen.

  • Believing in the benefits - ???? Get educated and stop eating commercially prepared soy - gar gum, other emullsifiers - crap.

  • oh no no. vegans say you can't over do soy. it is magical! pervents cancer and all that jazz.

  • Why do things become popular ? Because they are promoted as being "healthy" is one reason.

Sorry, living healthy is an individual's choice no matter what you eat!

Just don't over eat and get over weight or even worse obese.

  • whenever something becomes popular in America they start the fear mongering propaganda! why didn't they say this before? now everyone just wonders good? bad?... i feel like i am been played with!

  • @TheFiredragon52 Your argument against veganism is that almonds are not digestible. What a crackpot argument THAT is. You're fucking crazy.

  • She's right in a way about soy not lowering cholesterol and that is kind of an advertising thing. To phrase it better; Replacing an animal protein with soy protein will lower your cholesterol because animal products are the only sources of cholesterol unless you're consuming a ridiculously excessive amount of sugar in which case your liver will convert it into cholesterol. Your body produces all the cholesterol it needs. So, consuming soy is not what lowers cholesterol,it'snoteatinganimalstuff.

  • @shellshocknine new studies show that cholesterol isnt even dangerous anyways :)

it's eating lots of sugar and starchy stuff that clogs your system. which is why low carb diets are promoted as health food nowdays?

  • @shellshocknine Just as you said the body produces it's own cholesterol. Dietary cholesterol, aka the 'cholesterol' found in animal products, holds no value or harmful effects on the body. Cholesterol found in food is irrelevant as it does not impact your cholesterol values. What the liver produces on it's own does.

  • lol that male host has a huge foot fetish

  • Why not try a sensible reply ?

    Something like

GLYCEMIC INDEX- why it does not worK ?

  • Research a little about this Dr. Kaayla... You will puke in this book

  • Problem is getting omega 3 oil . Linseed oil does contain the right omega 3 to 5 ratio but who wants to eat paint oil ?

To my way of thinking , vegans eat far too much sugar, either "natural" or processed.

Sugars are a prime cause of diabetes 2, NOT meats or dairy .

  • @erniepond1 Me again ! Make your own omega 3 oil : Simply drop piece/s of pan sear salmon belly in a quality virgin olive oil to infuse, along with roast clove of garlic, fresh thyme, oregano, rosemarydehydrated red chili, etc; etc;...... Sugar, What about Bread ? It's even worst, is it ?

  • Comment removed

  • @TheFiredragon52

ANY easily digestible carbohydrate goes quickly to the liver as glucose. From there, glucose floods the blood with glucose. This is what causes diabetes.

  • @erniepond1 how do vegans eat too much sugar? Everything is vegan except for animal products. Not all plant products are high in sugar. I could say that all omnivores eat too much bad cholesterol. And that causes heart disease.... and that's NOT a generalization. I'm not saying your diet is unhealthy. Just don't say mine's not and I wont say yours is. Flax seed is higher in omega 3 than fish.

  • @paraplegicgiraffe

YES, but who wants to eat PAINT OIL ?

  • @erniepond1 everyone wants to eat plant oil. well, at least, they eat it. It's in almost all junk food, in cheeseburgers, french fries, cookies, cake, etc. It doesn't make oil healthy, but it's in pretty much everything. :P

  • @paraplegicgiraffe

Plant protein like that from soy is of very poor quality !

There is both good cholesterol and bad cholesterol !

Sugars in excess give bad cholesterol !

  • @erniepond1 Plant protein isn't poor quality. Where did you get that from? Beans and nuts are great sources of protein. Heck, even oatmeal has protein. It's not poor quality, either. Eating too much meat can put you at risk for getting too much protein. Of course sugars in excess are bad for you, but what I'm trying to say is that vegans don't eat sugars in excess. LOL

  • @paraplegicgiraffe

Nuts are indigestible except when finely ground as in nut butters. But who wants to eat hundreds of gs of peanut butter" Except a kid maybe !

Go get a nice slab of steak and ENJOY EATING !

  • @erniepond1 why do you think nuts are indigestible? Everyone knows that they are. Where did you get this information from?

  • @paraplegicgiraffe

Just from my digestive system rejecting nuts. Nuts just go straight through me unaltered !

  • @erniepond1 That's an individual problem, but nuts are completely digestible in their natural state. Think about it. When you chew peanuts, they turn into... peanut butter pretty much. They become paste. You don't chew peanut butter. So when it goes down, it's pretty much the same thing, except for peanut butter has oils in it, which don't aid in digestion. So what would make peanut butter more digestible than peanuts?

  • @paraplegicgiraffe

Nut butters are digestible because the oil is liberated when the nuts are ground down to a fine consistency. Normal unground nuts don't get ground down by humans. With birds having a separate stomach containing stones or grit, nuts and seeds are broken down in this specialized stomach.

  • @erniepond1 sources?

  • @paraplegicgiraffe

    I get most from Wikipedia

    Poultry grit

    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Poultry grit is a material fed to birds consisting mainly of crushed stone (though often with additives) which helps the bird's digestion grind their food.

  • @erniepond1 hOW many YouTube accounts do you have?

  • @erniepond1 Whatever is wrong with you, the nuts are digested. But the chemicals from the nuts You digested is not absorbed in the small intestine. It passes through the gastrointestinal tract to the colon, where, in some subjects, it then leads to symptoms of maldigestion.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheFiredragon52 you're the stupid one. You can't that if you swallow it whole. You have to chew it. Your mouth is part of your digestive system. You have to chew your food to predigest it. And it's "an" exchange, not "a" exchange. Who's uneducated? You are.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheFiredragon52 wow you're really crazy; flipping out about that incoherently. I can't believe there are insanely stupid people like you in the world.

  • @TheFiredragon52 I said that nuts are digestible, which is the truth, and you reply to me calling me ignorant, confused, and a nut. But nuts ARE digestible! I'm sorry if I offended you by calling out your grammatical error; I was annoyed that you would even suggest that I was ignorant for saying that nuts are digestible. But you just flipped out about it like a crazy person. I worry about people about you.

  • Let get it straight, you're promoting raw (unpasteurized) milk, coconut milk, the worst kind of saturated fat out there. BALANCE DIET is always the key. Listen carefully you also discredit

milk product. After all, mother milk in the best for baby.No body in their right mind feed would feed soy milk to their infant. Chinese Monk and Nun are in soy and vegetarian diet for centuries. In fact, MOST choice soya as a alternative beverage NOT AS A MAIN DIET. Please stop the scarce tactic. Miss, Phd.

  • @TheFiredragon52

Sorry, I don't know how you worked that out.

I really agree with you about milk and meat being an essential part of balanced diet.

  • @erniepond1 Just FACT, and mostly " COMMON SENSE" and " OPEN MIND "

  • I wish she'd gone into A2 milk or talked about soy as a NEUROTOXIN. Monsanto IS the culprit behind the craze. They BOUGHT OUT the AHA (heart association). Over $2mil to publish a "study" that (guess what) was NOT peer-reviewed&was entirely conducted by da da duhm >98% soy seed owners Monsanto. Sally Fallon's summary presentation on soy is a good starter video/audio set. The Japanese, btw, occasionally maxed out at 10g/day for indulgence. It has NEVER been a staple food til now (here).

  • A2 milk=Jersey, Guernsey: higher protein & butterfat content (milk fat LOWERS bad cholesterol-vldl-and triglycerides, does everything GOOD; you WANT milk fat). A2 milk is the "good" milk-for one, A2 cattle too quickly get sick from posilac so it's nearly always BST free&mostly grass fed. Black&white holsteins have a mutation that makes people react poorly&increases heart disease in those at risk; raw milk=almost always A2 cows; Holstein=no fat buffer against bad bacteria clinging to its sugars.

  • Soy Milk has Isoflavones which elevate female Estrogen Levels. Soy milk is NOT good for Children!!!!!!!! DO NOT give it to Kids!

  • the meat and dairy industry is going to obviously say bad things about soy

  • @shannondangc

The freak vegetarians and vegans are going to say bad things about milk and meat !'

  • MONSANTO.....

  • @greenroomdude

MONSANTO.... is developing aluminum resistance crops to overcome acid rain soluble clay contained in most soils.

NOTHING at all to do with imaginary "chemtrails" or such !

  • @erniepond1 ...I dont think it has anything to do with chemtrails. nope, because MONSANTO started as the biggest chemical supplying company......uhm

  • i haven't read her book...but i was waiting to hear her scientific explaination and she just spouted out "links" to soy. meanwhile when people talk about the health risks of dairy i very often hear the science behind it and it always makes sense...to me. also, compare the u.s. to places who consume more soy...like asian coutries...who's healthier?

  • @jessyandchrishannan

Unfortunately, as Asians become more westernized they will consume a lot more unhealthy food. THis will be mainly carbohydrates like sugars and starches like flour. These food are the root cause of obesity in the Western countries, NOT dairy products !

  • Hi

You say Soy milk, all soy milk is not good!...

What about cows milk and all Dairy products...

I heard is said: mass producing cows milk and

all subsequent dairy products from cows are

dangerous and should not be eaten by humans.

  • @TheTruth4free I agree with you. What about almond milk? I also heard that almond milk is bad :S What the heck are we supposed to drink? :(

  • @deyaeliza Almonds are great. You can even make your own almond milk at home of you have a blender. Almonds can even reduce the risk of heart disease.

  • @paraplegicgiraffe Thanks for the advice!! I'll try that :) I love almonds!!!

  • He gets turned on by woman shoes, WOW horny niGGa!

  • @realf1rme

    Troll much?

  • Fuck everything and all this shit.

You try to eat healthy with what you hear all these scientists and doctors say is good for you, and then another fucking group of scientists and doctors come along and say no, it's all wrong, and then blah blah and you dont know what the fuck to believe anymore because according to all these fucking people, everything causes cancer and nothing is good for you. So for all those people, FUCK YOU JUST AGREE ON SOMETHING.

  • @musicrocks36

Follow the money. Soy can be made into virtually anything -- primarily, meat and dairy alternatives. Who are the biggest food industries in the United States? Meat and dairy (followed by sugar & salt). This is an industry that sued soy milk companies for using the word "milk." After that failed they pressured supermarkets not to put it next to cows milk in stores. It's the biggest threat to meat and dairy in light of all the new evidence showing both meat and dairy 2 be unhealthy

  • @SophistAssassin

I couldn't agree with you more. Great answer, you're one of the few who is superiorly informed, unlike the foul mouthed sleeping idiot you've kindly responded to.

  • @musicrocks36

The science is actually pretty consistent. When in doubt, look up ACTUAL studies on sites like pubmed. When you find a contradictory study, look up the study authors for potential conflicts of interest financially. Money is the cause of confusion. Vested interests.

  • @Reese ... AGREED!! @bargainmom - you've really nailed it. After I studied the effects of soy, I casually asked many effeminate men if they were lactose intolerant and if they had been fed soy milk. So far, the answer is yes 90% of the time. This is pretty scary.

  • foods made of and with FERMENTED soy is the only soy thats safe for you and good for you...the soy causing the health problems is the genetically modified stuff...everytime i hear "man made" "processed" or "genetically modified" in regards to food it always makes me cringe :-/

  • @RanDumbReese hmm...that's why tofu in US tastes so bad? I love tofu back in China but hated tofu when I was in the states. I thought it's because of bad cooks.

Well, as soon as I heard soy is estrogenic I cut that off from my diet.

  • @90Rush

You'll be missing out on all the beneficial effects of the PHYTO-estrogens in soy. The same people that fear PHYTO-estrogen in soy and other foods drink milk by the gallon. Milk... that has loads of actual ESTROGEN estrogen in it.

I encourage everyone to actually review studies in peer reviewed journals, not google headlines. Everyone has heard how soy reduces sperm count, but nobody looks at the actual study -- it DIDN'T! Soy consumers provided a bigger load with same sperm.

  • The problem with citing all these sources like the AHA, FDA, AMA, is that those entities they don't want you to have access to accurate health information, THEY DONT WANT YOU TO BE HEALTHY. You can't trust ANYTHING the FDA tells you. Don't be naive.

  • Rice milk is also high in arsenic - not suitable for babies, toddlers, young children - see Food Standards Agency with regards to this.

  • Actually, soy is very harmful. We are wondering why our males are having lower sperm counts and are becoming more feminine. Look at most of the jars of salad dressing, mayonaise, frozen foods, convenience foods..SOY SOY SOY ....it is really bad for us, folks!

  • the best thing for human babies is human tit milk!

  • Most Vegetarians are "O" Blood type and "O" Blood types need red meat to thrive on. " A" Blood Types are more acceptable to the Vegetarian diet!!! Red meat is Highly Beneficial for "O"s and an AVOID for "A" Blood Types.. Highly Beneficial foods for your Blood Types are like medicine for your body..Neutral foods are food for your body ... and AVOID Foods are poison to your body....Its your choice! You are what you eat!...Pleaze check this diet out.and be healthy...Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type

  • @haywire1999 ive heard about this book

  • Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type..... Soy milk is highlybeneficial for "A" Blood type but is neutral for types "O" , "B" and "AB" ....If you Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type and you will quite poisoning your own body and become healthy and no need for Doctors and all the pills they prescribe....this works ...and the Doctors dont promote it because it works!!! You are what you eat!!!!!!!! CHEERS!!!!!!

  • That may be true, but I still love the taste of Soy Milk and such, but I drink Almond Milk more

  • No soy sauce, No life.

  • In no way, shape or form is processed USDA Soy healthy!

99% of it has been infused by Genetically Modified Organisms (non-native genetic dna strains extracted from beast and insects, aka "GMO") and laced with chemical spray agents known to cause cancer, auto-immune and birth defects, all brought to you by the fine folks at MONSANTO, patent inventors of chemical bioweapons like Agent-Orange, sold to the US Dept. of Defense and various 3rd world dictators around the world.

    Soy is not Soy anymore!!

  • @runninghoove Alternatives?

  • @mtheders

GMO-Free Organic Whey, Hemp, Seitan, Legumes, Nuts, almond milk, coconut milk, lots more, all easy to find and readily available at finer supermarkets round the world.

  • @runninghoove Thank you.

  • This ladys a total tool

  • Anything in excess is bad, I have soy milk with cereal about 1/2 cup 2-3 times a week. Switched from milk about 4 weeks ago after reading Skinny bitch. I no longer have IBS and have lost 5 pounds(without exercise), plus Ive had thyroid problems my entire life and this is the first time my medication levothyroxin has gone down from 200mcgs to 150mcgs (took the lab test 2 weeks ago) I want to know who paid for these "study's" and where can i find them?

  • @H0bbits

Thanks for indicating the effect of female hormones contained in soy products have on you!

  • @erniepond1 100% lol

  • Im lactose intolerant GO WITH BLUE DIAMONDS ALMOND ALMOND BREEZE, ITS GOOD STUFF AND GOOD FOR YOU

  • @H0bbits

Why don't you just switch to almond milk (high in calcium), coconut milk (high in lauric acid) or even rice milk? Soy milk is really bad for you...and almond milk and coconut milk taste better! (not sure about rice milk)

  • @H0bbits

Soy is directly linked to Thyroid Disease and other thyroid issues. Google it.

  • @runninghoove

Not if they are getting adequate iodine. Then the association disappears.

There's nothing magical about soy, though. It has to do with the flavonoid content. Polyphenol compounds not exclusive to soy at all, and are extremely beneficial in other ways.

This is one of the few claims with any solid evidence backing it up, though.

  • This is actually on point!!!! Ingesting soy has no beneficial properties.....

  • what a fucking faggot...checking out a lady shoe!

  • My mother and sister both have had breast cancer. I stopped drinking milk and now drink soy milk. I had a lump in my armpit where their cancers were, only my lump was not cancer. And it cleared up. Cows are milked when they are pregnant so that you are getting estrogen in your milk. And it has much more effect on you than soy. Soy is very good for post menopausal women.

It is true that soy is not for infants.

Orientals eat a lot of soy and they are among the healthiest people on earth.

  • You've got to be kidding me..

  • i agree makes me sick had heart problems

  • @desipg Soy is not linked to heart "problems".

  • fermented is the way to go for soy.. Tempei, miso, natto. all others have tripsin inhibitors.. thyroid and digestion inhibitors. i know it sux but true. good link u have, joe mercola's site. "he speak truth!" :D thx 4 the vid!

  • they say everything is bad for ya,

its amazing that the human race is here.

    i hate this bitch

  • This almost sounded credible until she mentioned Israelis.

  • One fuckwit says "Don't eat meat",another fuckwit says"eat meat",and then another fuckwit says "don't eat green sprouts etc".

Can some fuckwit tell us JUST WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO EAT ?.

GET A LIFE YOU CUNTS,GROW UP AND DO SOMETHING OTHER THAN FUCK PEOPLES HEADS !!!!!

  • @StructuredDRIVING

Try and eat some of everything just NOT TO EXCESS.

  • @erniepond1 especially not soy.

  • @undeadpresident

A bit hard to avoid these days. Soy products seem to be in every processed food!

  • @erniepond1 yeah just like corn syrup. There are seriously way too many fucked up unhealthy ingredients in the food nowadays. Another thing I often see sodium aluminum phosphate as a leavener. Aluminum is very bad for your brain and is in higher concentrations in alzheimers brains. I mean seriously couldn't they just use something like baking soda or yeast? It's fucking ridiculous

  • @undeadpresident

Sorry, this is an old wives tale about aluminum and Alzheimer's.

Aluminum just happens to be the most abundant metal in the earth's crust. It widely occurs in dust and soil as clay. Consequently, we are exposed to aluminum compounds continually.

  • @StructuredDRIVING Thank you!!. Seriously people need to stop confusing the fuck out of us..

  • When boys are over-estrogenized, she meant to say they are more interested in giving BJ's than in kissing girls by age 15, but didn't want to be blunt, I guess. ha!

  • @DexterHaven49 Your argument is flawed., There is no estrogen in soy or in any other plant. Estrogen is made by mammals and is found in the milk. But in cow's milk, oestrogen content is off the charts. That's right. the food that you guzzle down like it's water contains high contents estrogens, whether or not it's conventional, organic, or raw milk. Cow's milk & other dairy play a role in hormone-dependent cancers. (Those are cancers of the testes, prostate, & breast.) The link is a concern.

  • @gongoozler18 You are right. In the western world there is so much dairy consumption. The link to breast and prostate cancer is undeniable. In Asian countries, especially south east asia, throughout history they rarely ate dairy These cancers were unheard of. Now they are becoming more westernised they have seen in a rise in meat and dairy consumption. A meat portion used to be a tiny portion, but now as Mcdonalds and KFC invade even the poorest countries the weight and llness is increasing

  • @sunray1100 In countries like India, there is a heavy consumption of diary products. Infact diary is almost like staple in most parts of South Asia and India has one of the lowest rates of cancers in the world. Well except the cities where they now have fast food and shit.

  • @sidsarkar Well they don't eat cheese at all in south east asia, but yes, unfortunately western culture has, over the last two decades, very much taken over and milk shakes, fast food crap is becomiing the norm. 20 years ago you would hardly see a fat south east asian - now they are growing, just like in the west.

  • and im not overweight . and i know it isnt in my genes because my have brother who is a regular meat eater is perfectly fine . he has substancial facial hair and regular manly features . i am fed up with these pop diets that has everyone flocking to the nearest health food store to spends too much money on terrible products. all soy has done for me is ruin my life and left me shaped like a woman ... iv decided to stay away from ALL soy period and i find out the surgery to get rid of gynocamastia

  • dont let any one tell you soy is good . its definetly not. i was born in 1993 , the time range were soy got popular. my parents decided to become vegans and started eating soy protiens and the later. ie immatation chicken, beef , fish , shrimp .. the whole nine yards . i always wonder why everyone thought i was a girl ... i thought it was my dreads locks but it was because i had feminie features. i also started puberty late around 16 . then i started to develope gynocamastia .

  • Try below as a starter

    beyondveg(.)com/billings-t/comp-anat/comp-anat-1a

  • A few years ago I was sprouting and eating organic soybeans several times a week. Then one day I found I could not put another sprouted soybean into my mouth. My body was trying to tell me something. I have instinctively avoided it since. There are so many other healthy vegan foods one can eat that provide protein.

  • @mehp1244

Your body was telling you it cannot digest RAW vegetable matter like sprouts.

  • @erniepond1 I don't think so, I love other sprouts and add them to salads.

  • @mehp1244

It matters little what you THINK!

Human stomach is not designed to digest RAW vegetation like sprouts or grass. Only cows can do this !

  • @erniepond1 By the way, you need not act in an authoritarian manor. Allowing others to examine information without feeling like they somehow are wrong can go a long way. So your statement "It matters little what you THINK" came across for me as belittling.

  • @erniepond1 From what I recall, it was the taste of the soy. Your point is something I need to look into. Maybe we are not designed to eat seeds without cooking or sprouting as like birds but once they are sprouted, aren't they now digestible. I've never looked into it. One of the things I did was add sprouting seeds to our emergency supplies so we could have green foods in addition to the canned. Sprouts would also take little water once they are soaked. So will do research. Thanks

  • @mehp1244

I am trying to help you with scientific facts. This means you need to do your own research outside of YouTube!

I went through all this some years ago. I don't really feel inclined to redo it here sorry. THere is a vast amount of readily accessible information about food and digestion on the internet !

Look at how birds digest seeds using stones to grind their seed food. It is a fantastic story and will broaden your outlook on life.

Sprouting does not make seeds digestible sorry.

  • @erniepond1 I did say I would do some research. Since you have have that knowledge and I've never heard it before then I have to do my own investigating.

  • People! Eat some TVP AND YOU WILL Believe!

    Or die trying?
