[Tutorial]: Sony Vegas Borders

i'm looking for a way to get the desired cllip, in a smaller format, and then hovering over the main clip, like blue heart penguin thing at 0:37, please tell me how to do that.

do you know how to get plain white top and bottom borders for 16:9 HD format? im trying to do a video where i dont want the original black borders...i cant find anywhere online how to do it...but i know its possible...please help

@RDIKULUS You can always make one with photoshop. Try using cookie cutter and change the color

@RDIKULUS i did with cookie cutter...but it leaves the original black hd borders...and then inside that it puts the cookie cutter boarders which shortens the height of the video...

as far as a picture with photoshop...either either 4:3 or 16:9 which lays behind the video...not above and below...

what about cropped videos that are putted over another video? I have been trying to add like soft transparent edge over the smaller video inside the bigger one but have no idea how to do it!
