Saw this at my local store some months back...the 90s version of Birthday Star is what I remember the most fondly from my childhood, but I admit this is more elaborate at least in terms of Chuck E's involvement with the audience, which I like.

ive worked at CEC in Roanoke, VA since February, was a cashier, now im in kitchen. I used to HATE doing suite, but ive come to enjoy it ALOT! its a good 30 mins or so where you just walk around and give hugs, yea its hot as hell, but I really enjoy it! Until... you have little kids trying to rip your gloves off, or yesterday the kids got on the stage behind me and tried to pull my head off >.< the parents thought it was cute of course...

i just went to a chuck e cheese party last saturday, they did this show. i must say the 2001 show is much better, much more fun and lively. this show is all about the promotion of the extra crap to buy. i.e., the crown. all around, i think this is much more dry and drawn out. but, that's just my opinion

@UrNotAsHot Well I made this video when the birthday show first came out. Of course as anything my show has "evolved" sonce then and gotten better and better. In addition to that I can really get the crowd going even out of costume.

I used to Work Showbiz?CEC and when Chuck E came to Showbiz I used to get Punch a lot in Chuck E From Grownups they even Complint to mager why is Chuck is in Showbiz. i was hard to do I get hit and Punch from Kids and there MOm Dad tell them to do it I hate that.

Okay, Bad outta the way first---that show might be too long for hyperactive, jazzed up kids.

But now, to the good:

It is ABOUT TIME that Chuck actually got to run his own party. :) I also like the fact that "Happy Birthday" is now given its own section, instead of in the middle of Birthday Star. And hey, Birthday Star's still in there so can't complain--even though I liked Bake that Cake better. :)
