A good trick to drinking more water is to add chlorophyll or mint leaves to it. i myself LOVE water but still sometimes it is difficult to drink the quota for the day so adding something to it always does the trick. Not many ppl think to put chlorophyll in to their water but it really has great benefits to the body such as deodorizing the body (including the bowel) as well as promoting the natural blood cleansing functions in the body ... those are just 2 but there are many more benefits. :)

I did very poorly on the high carb/low fat diet I was following. Some of the problems I had were, falling asleep or getting very drowsy after meals, extreme hunger, peeling/painful skin, very irritable, extreme-extreme cravings for FAT, depression......just to name a few. I do high fat and no/low carb, this is the best diet for me- no depression is great!

I've been raw since August 29th 2008 now and have been eating a lot of fruit but also i keep eating high fat raw gourmet in the evenings but after seeing your video I am starting on fruit for at least 30 days then going to add in greens. You are inspiring.
I believe so. As Matt Monarch says, it's not what's in your diet, but you consistently keep out of your diet that makes a difference. I wasn't eating anything except fruit and greens this week...
What the heck are you talking about? What benefit of doubt? Where does the lady say she's not wearing makeup? Where did I say that a raw diet doesn't improve the texture of the skin? Just saying what appears to me the truth doesn't make it true (I could be wrong) nor does it make it wrong. A fact is a fact, not a personal judgement.

Lots of wise people out there so i try to combine their teaching in a way that works for me... I've been looking on this 80 10 10 thing lately, and have been trying it too, it sure makes a lot of sence, however, i've seen some comments by David Wolfe on it ( on the video called "activating the superhero"), he says that we need more minerals and it ( the diet) doesnt work very good. Also in his blog the "raw model" says he likes this diet a lot,
great video! one of your best. what i'm trying to balance is seasonality. i've read the "3 seasons diet" by john douillard, which takes an ayurvedic approach to eating. i'm trying to make it work for raw foods. he says foods should lighten and heavy up depending on seasonal cycles. i think trying 80-10-10 is easier for you now that it's summer time down under. i wonder how it would be if you started in winter with snow? anyway, wonderful video, you're looking smashing...run fast!

I've been following 80 10 10 as well and my skin is definately clearer. The dark circles that were under my eyes are better as well.

BTW went I went 100% raw, my face had a totally different texture and shine to it. The fruit thing is possible.
