In theory the Db is the third of the A major scale and the note Db is in the A chord so the bass is playing E D Db and it fits to.

Just want to point a couple things out.

1. Any guitarist can tell you Back In Black isn't in true A440Hz concert pitch which this is. Back In Black by and large is somewhere between E and E flat on standard tuning.

2. This guy is a bloody good singer but does not carry the "rasp" through the notes as Brian Johnson does.
