well, Junior Lefreve seems a very respectfull karateca, though he was a great fighter and winner some years ago, I can see that he kept on improving his karate, not only kumite, but also kata, kihon, different from some brazilian competitors that have no respect for karate but for shiai kumite only. Congratulations Junior!
