The last Republican Governor (Christie Todd Whitman) was given a job after that by GW Bush, and then marginalized by the ideologs in the GOP. That tells you a bit about Garden State Republicans to begin with, but even this milder gentler version wont beat Corzine, the machine foot soldiers want to keep their jobs, this along with the third party nuisance er third party candidate will tip the scales to The Dems. I swear this by my Egg and Taylor Ham sandwich!
