Yep, but alot of people don't know it exists. There's ST on GBA but how they ruined that game is by having super meters carry over into the next round.
For one i'm playing the computer 2 you only have 2 attack buttons so WTF you expect me to pull off you can't do any other V-ism combos then the classic juggle with uppercut or fireball. Stuipd prick
