I see dudes all the time that have powerful-looking upper bodies and weak legs, small, flat asses, and guess what? Weaklings. I have a big ass for a 160lb guy and I can outlift 95% of my sparring partners. I'm not even black! Don't know why I just told you all that my ass is huge...
The athlete he uses to demonstrate his exercises looks so fast and powerful. I have a long way to go! Nice to see an alternative to traditional chest exercises.
@Blinkysnipps I agree. I don't even lift my chest. I hate benching and it's over rated. I don't know why I just hate lifting my chest so I'm gonna start doing alternative ways. The chest is the first to get smaller and weaker when not lifting because ya don't use it in everyday situations. I have a friend that lifts his chest once a week and thats all he does. He brags about how much he benches and it's like bro, you gotta lift things you use everyday. Deadlifts, squats, shoulders, pullups
