So Im confused, I bought "Rope Burn" On itunes and it's not this song (starts off with going to oakland once or twice). So then I previewed "Big Lord" and it's sounds like this song but more dub like.......Where the heck is the original?? Like this video? Can't find it.....
um, hello.....haven't you heard of Amazon?! all of the albums are on there.
They're also playing shows in Oz soon as part of Laneway festival...I bet you will be able to get the CD at one of their sideshows. I'm hoping to go to the Annandale gig.
I loved "Good Thing Its A Ghost Town Around Here", and I reckon this band is totally ass-kickingly good, but because I live in the land down under I have almost no chance of being able to buy their album *sad face*
STILL FLYIN' are the best feelgood band live I have ever seen. Even the grinches like myself can stop themselves from smiling ear to ear, and shuffling their feet.
I really like Still Flyin but it sucks they and avoid any reggae/ska association. They don't even mention it in the sound categorization or influences. And how do they pay all of these band members??
I saw this video on Rage at about 2 in the morning a couple of weeks ago. Perhaps due to the direction of the clip, I thought Still Flyin' were from Australia or New Zealand (strolling along a back street, and posing to a camera seems to have a Melbourne film/art student feel to me).
Yes, they are a supergroup from San Francisco. Fitting that someone from AiH was responsible for the clip, because this is what Architecture in Helsinki would sound like after a Jamaican sabbatical! hehe.
This looks a feel good version of Arcade Fire's "Rebellion (Lies)"!
actually this video was released BEFORE the Arcade Fire's clip...they might have been inspired by this : )

Insanely upbeat - with a sort of shambling charm. Perfect.

Still Flyin' is a super group with members from awesome pop bands (masters of the hemisphere,
the aislers set, red pony clock, half hearted cloud, track star)
