I've started this exact cleanse today.(May 19,2009) I know it last two weeks; but what day did you really start to notice your body's reaction to the cleanse?Also,how did you feel during and after the cleanse?

In my last post I mentioned that I had stopped the cleanse because I got so sick. I've NEVER felt sick like this before. Today I was thinking, maybe it's a reaction to the cleanse! Maybe my body was just freaking out to purging all the toxins. Hmm..?
The cleanse itself is fine, if you don't mind taking pills- cuz there's a lot of them! It makes you poop after every meal. It's kind of scary, because when you gotta go, you gotta go NOW. But it does not give you diarrhea, so that's good.
