does ANYBODY know where i can get this movie for free?!?! i seen part of it from my school program but i wana see it all! anyone and everyone that knows please inbox me and tell me! thanks!
ive been volunteering in uganda for a couple months...i started a blog that includes tons of pics and discusses the various obstacles and challenges that i see in this country. i also include a healthy dose of humour. google "bedroom-culture tumblr blog" and it should pop up.....im always appreciative of feedback!
i saw this whole video at my school when invisible children came and i can honestly say i cried soo much and sobbed and couldn't hold back the tears im now in a club to raise money it definately inspired me and made me appreciate what i have
The schools for schools representatives came to our school and we watched the full length movie. It was so amazing and moving, and one of the students from Uganda spoke to us, it was just so amazing to see what they have been through
ok i've seen go two or three times. powerful stuff, but there's also this song that plays at one point in the video and i cant even think of how to find it but i would know it if i heard it. it's like an alt rock song and pretty much all that plays in the video is the bassline. if any body can suggest what it might be please suggest anything because i've been trying to find this song for a while
There is a gourmet coffee company that gives 10% of all it's profits to the Invisible Children of Uganda. Here is the site if you decide you want to check it out. boreshacoffee . com/sundeen This company is set up for fund raisers as well.
Neighborthatlabors, people have gone to this trip to Uganda and back, to tell this story, like my friend. So I don't really think it's BS as you would think. At least you could support by buying a bracelet to help fund and not go on the trip instead, if you're cautious at that point. If you're not going to be a good sport about it, then don't look into it. And if you forgot what UN was all about, it practically involves english as well. Or that South Africa has english speakers as well.
People from the Invisible Children Schools for School club came to my school about a week ago, and now they are starting a club for it at our school. I really want to make things better for these people and I hope joining this club will make a difference in their lives. :)

And ill say SO many people in my school.. like 2500 and only like 30 or 40 people actually sat on the ground and gave up there back pack and lockers. and i am proud to say i was one of them. in most of my classes i was THE only one or, one of few. I am hpefully Going to Africa in the Near future. i hope to make a difference in the world.
Thats a really cool idea! I'm in charge of IC at my school so we're currently trying to raise awareness and get people involved. Do you think that we could do something like that? Not to steal your idea, but its really good!
My school just did this thing called day without desks. we said how Children when they get to go to school just have dirt shacks... NO desks...NO backpacks...NO lockers. so some of us. bought this shirt that was really pretty on the front. like a picture of The africa continent. and like a missing heart shape and. it said Invisible children. and on the back it said. Hoffman Estates High School.
"none of us has gotten where we are solely by pulling ourselves up from our bootstraps. We got here,
My school just joined Schools for Schools, and I couldnt be more happy to be part of it. My friends and I are all buying Invisible Children teeshirts off of the website and are trying to be as active as we can!

Whys the paper that man holds up in english...
The danger these students are in is about as real as reality television. Unfortunately the problems for this country are far too real.
