Actually, Blitz doesn't have a tail. Or at least it's not visible to us anyway. But that sort of error does occur from time to time. Hunter can briefly be seen without a tail in the episode; "Hair of the Dog that Bit You" where the Rovers fight against werewolves.

Ok, this 3 air planes was shoting with missiles, guns and bombs, and they missed ( air-air missiles should go follow plane and hit it, it should not miss ).

And after they shot down one air plane, pilot just jumped out to Road Rovers plane like it was nothink.

This pilots are realy terible in air fight but they are best and fearless soldiers, ever rambo could not do this.

Why they are attacking tham anyway, motobike gang is ok but 3 F16, it is too much for a dog kidnaper.
