  • My pleasure Jofe Amoraw. Keep on posting please. I have some very nice old songs too, But they are on tape (cassete). I wish I share them with music lovers like me. I heard that there is a way to to convert analog data in to digital form, and load it on you tube. Do you know how?

    Regards,

    Yielma

  • @Yielma It is actually easy. First, download Audacity and install it (free sound editor). Then, get a cable whose both ends are 3.5mm jacks (headphone jacks). Plug one end into your walkman, and the other into the Mic or Line jack of your PC. Click record on Audacity and press play on the walkman. You may need to play with volume to get it right. Then, save as wav or mp3 (mp3 needs extra plugin but still free.) That's it. Cheers

  • Jofe Amoraw, thanks for sharing.

The singer is Tadele Bekele. These songs are just priceless!

    Cheers!
