Nefarious! using a MPD32 with Reason 4.0

how just got an mpd32 for christmas and i started using it with reason, it works fine but to start recording i have to use the record button on the reason program because when i press the REC button on the MPD nothing happens, how did u set yours so that it works

does that for me too.. iono how to take it off yet haha. i just do mute automation for that track on the mixer and mute it when another sample is going to kick in so they dont overlap.

idiot. i know how to set the polyphony. you have no idea what you are talking about. when i have more than one sample in a different rex track thats when they overlap when they transition. FOH with that bullshit. like i said before. il kill you in a battle, you look like you need your ego slapped a couple times.

try putting less sustain in the dr rex or just try to cut the samples in the peak of the wave!

Yo Nef, are you chopping the samples in Recycle first? Do you use the actual parameters on the MPD like the controls such as the faders and the knobs? Whats your myspace?

It's the "stretch", go in Recycle and set it to 0%. It's a Time stretch thing.

you gotta make sure you have Reason 4.0.1 or 4.1 i dont remember, some shit. and make sure you have Akai MPD32 selected as your control device. everything should work fine if you do that
