@09machine187 He is a railroad inspector, the trains are silent and going 125mph, there should of been a signaller to tell him about the trains but I guess they didn't for some weird reason. People work like that while the trains are still running, they move out the way when a signaller tells them about an upcoming train.

to all of those who are seeing this video this IS REAL my father works as the supply manager for the CN halifax rail yard. he was out on the tracks without a permit and thus the trains were not altered to his presence. He was very lucky to be alive and this accident is a constant reminder to the rules and regulations of any work place. But still he is THE LUCKIEST MAN ON THE FACE OF GOD'S GREEN EARTH!!!
