Twizzx ... I know you wrote that awhile ago but yeah this is one if their more chill songs so Scott kinda just grooves , but when you actually go see them live he goes all out , and them audio on tv and live performances doesn't do them justice , his vocals and performance are fuckin amazing in. person! Trust
its a pleasure to hear a band really PLAY live. never really gotten into them beyond a few songs on the iPOd or whatever ("sound siren" kicks ass), but after what, nearly twenty years now? these guys nail this shit. they play tight and his vocals are great. (how many bands can claim that these days??) if there's a gripe, the one guy's backing vox are kinda weak but fuck it! 5 star performance in my book.
Wade now has a new band. The Rattlesnake Aces!! He was a great drummer in UL. And I was sad to hear he left. Sort of like when Atom left Rocket. Great bands just aren't the same when they lose their great drummers!
@menthole7 His name is Wade Youman. He's actually good friends with Travis Barker (and the rest of the band with the original members of Blink-182). You can even hear Blink reference Unwritten Law on their track Josie - "Yeah my girlfriend likes UL and DHC".
Nevertheless I don't think Unwritten Law will be quite the same now that Wade has left. If you want to see some really exceptional drumming go look up "unwritten law wade cam" on youtube.
yeah there was a certain parts that the vocalists sang off tone, but on the whole i still love the band a lot, and that was really some awsome atmosphere!
It's Steve "The Kid" Morris and yep he is much better than you see here. Awesome guitarist and... Aw fuck, the whole band is just so tight and great to see live. Loved them since I first saw them at Warped in 1998!!

Actually, the backup singer does sing that high on the real track, but he's way way way softer and u can barely hear him.

Little off key here. Must have been tired.

The backup singer is singing way too high for backup vocals. Out of key.

scott russo puts his hands behind his back when he sings
wackymac28 3 years ago 2
to be honest he's not a very entertaining frontman to watch, at least in this video. He just stands there and sings...
Twizxx 3 years ago
true, but they sound better then most bands i know of live, so it sort of balances out.
katierider06 3 years ago
it also depends on the show. i went to one in tempe town square, and he was jumping around, leaning out in to the crowd, everything
